KVS Fitness

KVS is the place to go if you are looking for a motivating and experienced coach/trainer, top notch equipment, and a variety of workouts that always push your limits! The classes range from non heated to very heated and are offered several times throughout each day, which makes it convenient for any schedule! The gym is always in excellent, clean condition. Whether you are beginning or advanced, KVS is very welcoming. King, the owner/founder of KVS really cares about his clients and works each day to make everyone better themselves! I give KVS 5 stars and then some!!!!!

KVS Fitness consistently provides a professional, motivating and extremely challenging workout. Each class is different and the time flies. King Valentino pushes each client to his/her potential, regardless of fitness level. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at KVS. HIGHLY recommend it!!!

I never consistently worked out until I found KVS Fitness. The great music, fantastic full body workout and vibe of the gym is really fun and totally inspiring. King, the owner is the best at keeping you motivated and adjusting when needed. He strikes a great balance of pushing you harder but engaging you with every fitness challenge. I highly recommend!

I signed up for personal training classes with King to get me in better shape for my karate practice. I made greater improvements in strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility than I expected in a short amount of time. King is the best trainer I have ever worked with. He has guided me to exactly what I wanted and more. Every workout is a challenge and I'm always smiling when I leave. He is polite, and professional, and his facilities are in excellent condition.
