The L.E. Phillips Planetarium used to have public shows while UWEC was in session. Group shows might still be arranged at certain times of the year.
The L.E. Phillips Planetarium is the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's on-campus planetarium. The planetarium is in Phillips Science Hall (at the end of Roosevelt Ave, near the Davies student center).
From Clairemont Ave, turn on Patton St. (“sign to Chippewa River trail”). Take a quick right and then another right on State St. (go down hill). Take the first left -- Roosevelt Ave. (at bottom of hill). Go one block and the Visitor Center will be on your left. To park behind Phillips Hall (free parking on weekends and some spaces free after 3pm) follow Roosevelt Avenue a little farther as the road turns into the parking lot behind Phillips hall.
