The Foster Gallery is a free, public educational art gallery promoting creative visual experiences of internal and external exhibitions at UW-Eau Claire.
Experience the visual world through UWEC's art gallery. The Foster Gallery is the largest gallery in the Eau Claire area free to Blugolds and the public. With a strong educational program, UWEC students can take advantage of this learning space through exhibition receptions, open viewings, installation opportunities, guest speaker presentations, and the chance to participate in our annual juried student art show.
All exhibitions are open to the public each academic year through professional-level presentation of faculty and student work as well as external shows featuring nationally- and internationally-recognized artists. A parking permit is required for lots on weekdays. Complimentary permits are available in the Art & Design Office (HFA 104).
