This place was super awesome! I always enjoy the great hidden gems in our State, and this is definitely one of them!
Okay dude straight up we dropped by this place on our way to Minnesota and we was not disappointed this park was nice for a little and for us to stretch our legs for a bit. The statues are super cool I wish I could have explored the museum but it was closed when I got there. We still got our steps in around the park though.
If you like logging history this seems like a wonderful museum to visit! Entry is $12 per person, but there are 8 ? buildings worth of exhibits to check out including an interpretation center And a blacksmith shop. I really only came to see thethe Paul Bunyan statue, but was supposed to learn that the rest existed…. Another trip I think….
Mildly interesting museum with recreations of lumber life. Easy to get through in under an hour. Admission is modest at $7 for adults but overpriced for what you get. I’m surprised to see the highly rated reviews. If you’re in the area and looking for something to do, go for it. Otherwise, pass.
we trying to have a tour in the Chippewa vally museum, but no luck they open in 1pm in the first day after labor day. So we walk around and Fred found us,he is a employee of the Paul Bunyan Logging Camp Museum, very enthusiastic. And we had a nice tour after his guide. By Liang Wen from @fourseastudio in Facebook

This hidden little gem is in carson park and is open! It is in the same place as the chippewa vally museum and is a very interesting , great place to take kids, so many things to see and learn about. lots of buildings, each building houses more logging history.. you can see wagons and equipment used in that era .informational. you'll learn a lot about how they logged and lived when you visit here. Very enjoyable.needs to be open more.
Small, but well presented museum. Interesting exhibits. Worth a small detour.
