I’ve visited the Flagship store on numerous occasions and it was an adventure and treat rolled into one. Their customer service was superb. Selection upon selection. One can always find what one is looking for. This VATyson’slocation has a great deal of selections and customer service is great. They represent L.L. bean very well.
Found some great for an amazing sale price. Store is well laid out and has lots to offer. Clerk was very friendly and helpful. Everyone I saw was polite and stopped to ask me how I was.
The place is nice and clean. Staff is polite. There are a lot of clothes on sale at this time
I love this store! You can find whatever you need for the great outdoors lifestyle. I really like their clothing line, very well made but may be a bit pricey for some folks. Nevertheless I have shirts, pants and outerwear that are over ten years old that still look good and don't seem to go out of style. I especially like their winter clothing, their flannel lined jeans are the best. The people that work at this store are friendly and very helpful. Give them a try as I'm sure you will find whatever you need for anytime of the year.
I got this L.L. Bean coat before going to Canada earlier this year, I also had the long johns under and it was honestly perfect for dealing with the coldness of Canada it was one of my first big purchases from the store and I can say they were so friendly and answered all my questions as to what might have been best for me, I’ve gone back for sweaters, flannel shirts, and also a rain hat.
Outstanding customer service! I am new to fly fishing, and Tom took the time to teach me the basics of my new hobby. He genuinely wanted to help me, and most of all, he was not pushing a sale. Of course, I bought his recommended flies because we fish the same fishing spots! I look forward to getting back to LL Bean and learning more from Tom! Maybe I'll see him out on the lake sometime too!
It is a good resource for hobbyists looking to get kitted for their next vacation. It is a popular destination so many times near holidays clothing options and popular items will be limited. The staff is attentive and the layout is expansive so you should have numerous options to browse thru. My family loves LL bean and their products are of solid quality and construction. Always worth a consideration for winter clothing.
Love that I can shop in the store in VA and try things on. Can't wait to live in Maine and visit flagship store more often.
Great customer service. Nice selection of clothes, travel gear, shoes, many cool items. Nice big 2 level store. Only issue is the Quality of products seems to be slipping. Majority of items made in China. We try to buy made in the USA and pay a bit more for better quality.
In town visiting, the staff here really went above the mark and saved the day for us during this unexpected storm. Thank you L.L. Bean!
