The staff was easy to find to answer questions. They were in the middle of putting away inventory which made the isles a bit cluttered and some items difficult to reach. But the store was very clean and sanitizing stations were stocked and easy to locate.
Near to the hotel I am staying a nice place for shopping there are other brands too big shopping area with home decor, clothes , shoes with special offers Near to the Green boro station silver line lot to explore.
This is one of the nicer Marshalls I have visited. The nicest one is located North of Rome NY. The pets and lingerie sections are very well organized so is the cosmetics/personal care product section. This Marshalls has a lot if dog beds!!! The lingerie section has a lot of medium and larger sizes. If you or your partner are in the larger size, you will have better luck than someone who is a size XS or S. Small selection of Medium, and the enter section appeared to be filled with L and XL items. I came to look for cotton sheets and was happy to find a set of Queen Size Ralph Lauren that is 100% cotton for $49.99. I hope it will wash well and feel nice against my skin. I have been looking for sheets, seems like, forever. I also find some if my favorite Chimes Ginger Chews at the check out area! I have eaten those in awhile. The cashier seems very nice. The line at the register was long, but the cashier's seemed very efficient and there were many of them that kept the line moving at a reasonable speed.
This has got to be a joke. 2 registers open and 60 people in line. Wraps around and out. Will never come again.
This store is much more organized than TJ Maxx. There is a large selection of clothes and personal care products. The associates are very helpful. The lines can get very long but they go pretty quickly.
Worst customer service . Item I was purchasing cost $9.99 it's on tik tok and Instagram and even after showing the manger because the Item was missing its price tag she argued with me at the register and said she knows its $14.99 because she has seen them before she was completely wrong and compared the Item to a Rae Dunn mug with a topper at $14.99 it was an off brand canister that shows online as $9.99 plus it had a chip so she said she would take 2.00 off the $14.99 which was the incorrect price to begin with. I will NEVER return to this store she was rude and shouldn't be working there. I will not return. I frequent other marshalls and have never been treated this way. Lady's ae was Jenny or Gemmi ... Just awful never again will I shop that store. Other locations are better. Avoid this store location if you want better customer service.
Marshall didn't have the candles I was looking for. The store was nice and clean. Just a lot of shelves were empty.
This Marshall's is better than some others I've been in. They have a really good selection and it's kept clean. The lines are crazy but what Marshall's doesn't have those lines.
My favourite place in US,there u will find original branded stuff with a very low price suck as Guess,CK,Polo..etc bags,shoes,cloths,accessories,home goods.. etc if u go to US dont miss to visit this place
From my experience stores like these don't usually have a great selection, but Marshalls looks to have tons of options in many sizes in high quality brands at discounted prices. It's excellent!
