This is just so sad, because my family and I have been with them for years since I was a little girl and now my children attend this office and we never had a problem like this before and these past 5 years or more they have just been the worse! They never answer the phone and when they do, you will be on hold waiting on the line for 15 mins or more for someone to answer and sometimes the call drops. On top of that when you are in the office most of the time receptionists are not even on the phone! So, to me that does not make any sense. Also, their online portal sucks! patient's info isn't updated most of the time, can't make appointment nor request an appointment and when you request a call back they get to you a week later or not at all. That being said it's very difficult to schedule an appointment or have any type of form filled out for work or school. I do not recommend this clinic at all and we are looking for another practice.
The doctor there is the best pediatrician my daughter has had so far. She is caring, knowledgable, and very good with her patients. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Of all my daughter's pediatricians this office has the best we've had so far. In addition, the office is conveniently located near PG mall.
You have to call multiple times for someone to pick up the phone and besides this you have to wait months to get an appointment as a new patient. They need to get more and better staff except Dr.Husni she is the best.
You can NEVER get any one to answer the phones and when you go it’s almost always empty and the receptionists aren’t attending any calls.
My mother tried to make an appointment with the clinic only to be told that they can not accept new appointments for several months. Seriously?! That is just terrible service.
They should change the reception staff, very unprofessional.

Very sad . Because they are not so responsible. You call and they don't answer. It takes a week for them to attend to you and if you need an urgent referral, they do not attach importance to it. You have to go forward. They have become very slow in everything. It is better to seek a private doctor.
They were one of the best clinics I have seen since I arrived in this country. But unfortunately they began to change the staff and now the attention is not the same. It makes me sad because the Hispanic community needs it. I am disappointed
