My salesman was Tim , he was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained every concern that I had. Didn't give 5 stars due to the extended wait for my purchase. I agreed even with the delay, due to the quality of the merchandise.
Autism was so helpful and knowledgeable. She started off asking my needs, who the chair was for so she could ensure she was showing me the correct product. She was not pushy let me ask my questions. I was not able to make it back into the store the next day as I wanted to but she was able to Complete the sale over the phone.
I love La-Z-Boy furniture and chairs. I have had a lazy boy chair in my home I find after a stressful days work. It was very relaxing to come home to now that I’m retired. I still continue to have La-Z-Boy chairs. I found a really wonderful sales person and Janice at the Orland Park store. She help me so much and she has so much knowledge I’m just very pleased with all of their services and I thank you very much. It was a pleasure meeting Janice thank you.
We've bought from this location three times now. Every visit is pleasant and pain free. This past visit, we were helped by both Maryanne and Danielle. They were both terrific people! Maryann was fresh out of training and she did a great job answering any questions and knowing when to ask for assistance. Danielle was extremely accommodating, friendly but relaxed which is great in a salesperson, and very knowledgeable.
Very pleased with overall experience. Try the free in-home consultation if you're overwhelmed with swatch choices at the store. Autumn, in-home designer, is fabulous!
Took mom shopping, she was looking for a new recliner to replace her old one that was 30+ years old. Yes, it was a lazy boy & was heavily loved over the years. Found what she was looking for immediately & she is so happy. Janelle was our salesperson,she was nice, polite& ever so helpful. Big sale going g on right now, 50% off on many of their chairs!!!
Shopping for a recliner was made a pleasant experience with the sales person Janelle. She took a lot of time with me. She showed me different options and ideas. I walked out happy knowing I had purchased the right recliner for me.
Hannah was the best...took a lot of time showing and explaining the difference in the power lift chairs that we were looking for without any sales or time pressure. Not my first purchase with La-Z-Boy and continue to refer them to my family and friends. Thanks again Hanna!
I had An excellent experience at lazy boy furniture in Orland Park. The sales person Janelle was especially helpful. She took the time to help me find the recliner that was best for me. I would highly recommend this store.
Sales person was knowledgeable, friendly and low key. The chairs are comfortable, attractive and equipped with just what we wanted. We bought 2 chairs in 1:30! Great experience!
