We had the pleasure of working with Louise at the Orland Park location and she was wonderful. She helped us pick out a beautiful sofa that fit our tv room perfectly. We had the sofa delivered and the delivery team was very fast and efficient. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience! Thanks VCF!!
Bishop & Beata were wonderful! This was our first large furniture purchase as newlyweds and they were both incredibly helpful in getting us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. VCF has a great selection of furniture and these two made the process that much better. Looking forward to using our new sofa soon!
Love the bedroom set I purchased the Vivian bedroom set. Very heavy set. Pretty huge but luckily I had the room for it.
Helping my brother furnish his new house so worked with Kimmy at the Orland Park VCF location. She was amazing. Very helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. Will definitely be back to this location to purchase more because of Kimmy. VCF OP - you’re very lucky to have her as an employee and on your team. Thanks Kimmy for turning a stressful situation into a seamless transaction. Management at this location is also very helpful. I highly recommend shopping here but definitely ask for Kimmy.
I needed a bookcase. The store that I saw it in, it was only online. This store had the exact bookcase, and the cost of it was 100 more. They did a price match and I bought it. They didn't have it in stock, so I needed to come back and pick it up. It would have been better if they had it in stock.
Naxhie was our sales Rep. She was so nice, calm and knowledgeable. I like the fact that she was so patient with us and showed is around. We made a decision in less than 30 Mins. Good customer service. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!

Tim was our salesperson and he gently approached us we walked into the Orland Park store. He was very patient with us since the couch that we saw on line and we came into the store to look at, we didn’t end up liking. He showed us several couches in the style we were looking for and we ended up finding one that was perfect! Tim also helped us find 2 side chairs that we loved with the couches! He was very knowledgeable and he walked us through the purchasing and financing process and made it easy for us to understand! Thank you so much Tim!!!
Kelly at Orland Park was amazing! Super sweet and knowledgeable. Helped guide us in the right direction of what we were looking for without being pushy. Can’t wait to get our new couch!
There is a great selection, the store is very clean and well maintained. All the staff are friendly and professional. Phil gave us exceptional service. He was able to accommodate us for delivery, worked with the manager to ensure we were taken care of. We have been looking for a table for 2 months, been to several places and this was by far the best selection of modern styles. I can’t say enough good things about this store, Phil who helped us pick out our items, Lisa who checked us out, and the manager Phil.
