Everything is lying on the floor everywhere. The cloths are all disorganized. Today reminded me why I usually go to the Tinley Park location.
Don’t ever make your credit card payments through the store directly. I have been with Target for 13 years always made my payments on time. And today they tell me that the payment that I made in cash in store was reversed by the employee the next day. I have receipt that I made my cash payment and they’re still giving me a hard time. I don’t like to make accusations, but it just seems like the employee pocketed the payment that I made. Now the store sent me to Customer Service and Customer Service is sending me to the store. This is terrible customer service, and how to treat, a customer that has been loyal for so many years. They should have better ways to manage their employees because now I have to go through all these hoops to prove not only I pay cash, but where did my payment go! Be aware!
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean store. Lots of parking. Lighting in store was a little darker than I would have liked. Will definitely visit this store more often for my household and clothing needs.
I just had to share a review on here. I decided to stop by Starbucks this morning before Lifetime. I must sayStarbucks staff there is amazing. I accidentally spilled my tea after I sat there waiting for it to cool off. Once I had to go I put the lit on the cup got up stepped on the table spilled my entire tea. A very nice African American lady came over to help me and gave me a replacement. I didn’t ask for her name because was already embarrassed enough. The other barista lady was as pleasant. Very good team they have here. Thank you ladies for making my day better. The lady at checkout was very nice and polite. We had a mini conversation about our preferred skincare cetaphil cream lol. Lovely ladies. Very classy.
Black Friday review: most times, I wouldn't hesitate to give almost any Target location five stars. But there was just something missing from this location, I found. Nothing against the staff, and of course, Black Friday isn't your normal customer service day. But there just seemed to be a bit lacking with respect to friendliness, warm greetings, etc. that one typically experiences with Target. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could - they just weren't perfect on this day, is all.
I've never seen such a disgrace of a restroom in my life! I have copd and wear oxygen and the handicap bathroom had feces all over the toilet! Disgrace!!!!
I rate this target a 1 because it's practically almost the 1st of September, and they still have their back to school out on the floor, for it is practically empty. What is going on with this store? Is it lack of staff or they have an incompetent store manager that's trying to squeeze the very last dime on these items. Weird. Targets in other states have their Halloween items out on the floor, so what is the problem. Kids are in school already.
I love this target!! @ everyone who is complaining about the style’s clothes and “disorganization” , has clearly never worked in retail and it shows. If you’re so upset with the location’s style department, go work there and clean up the customer’s mess : !!!!!!!
I was at the Target in Orland Park this afternoon and the place was a mess. I've not been in the store for over a year. I couldnt even get down the isle to look for a pair of slippers. Customers are to blame, they must be slobs and Im sure its hard to get staff.
I was there 25 minutes before closing so the place was pretty empty. I asked an associate for directions to what I wanted, he politely pointed me in the right direction... I said "I'll hurry" to which he said "Oh don't worry about that. If you need help finding anything let me know." I thought that was nice. I don't go in to many places that close to closing because they get "ornery." Not so here, which was nice. The checkout lady was very friendly too. Last thing? The store was SPOTLESS. It's a really nice place to shop vs. another well-known retailer close by. Just sayin'... I think Target has higher quality stuff too...
