Absolutely horrible customer service from the techs. Rude behavior and the communication just makes your blood pressure high from their lack of service and care. Even though this lapcorp facility is less than 2 minutes away from me…I will definitely not be coming back here until they hire new technicians, new supervisor that shows respect and are there to genuinely help their clients/patients!
I was there early, signed in and on their board as checked in. The technician showed up 15 minutes LATE and removed my name and proceeded to call the next in line. She would open door wide enough only to call a name then closed it quickly. At no point did she address anything to me and she ignored me when I tried to speak to her. I need fasting blood work that my doctor SENT TO LABCORP. If this is an example of Your business, there is no way you should have any rating but a ZERO!
Since the phlebotomist changed to a tall red head lady, the quality of service decreased significantly. I used to come to this location a lot because it's close to my house. It used to be really good while the gentleman was a phlebotomist - very nice, sufficient, good with veins etc. Current phlebotomist very aggressive with demanding credit card and just mean overall, but the worst part that when you bring 2 orders she would just enter one you and end up going for the labs second time. It happened to our family twice already when we brought 2 orders and only one was entered and processed. Now I have to go through that pain again. I will do everything to avoid this location and rather go to Gambrills than here.
The nurse was extremely rude. I asked to make sure all the blood work was checked off by my doctor and she rushed through it and gave me a rude response. I found that my doctor actually missed sending one of the things so I asked about that and she said well we wont do that without the doctors request. I said i could always come back but wanted to ask about the cost of going again for that extra blood work and she responded of course we charge each visit. Extremely rude. I will never come back here.

There was a system error during my check-in. The tech saw me sitting outside in the waiting area for a while and didn’t bother asking any questions, and then proceeded to her lunch break. What a waste of fasting and my time.
I went to LabCorp at Walgreens on Piney Orchard Pkwy this morning and had a wonderful experience. Not only was the young lady who greeted me kind, she was the only one there and assisted me in checking in and when she took my blood, she did a great job. She was pleasant, professional, and knew what she was doing. I will definitely make this my “go to” location as I was treated the way I would treat others. The personnel and location are fantastic.
This lab corp location is very convenient because its close to my house. When I went in I signed in and didnt wait too long. The tech had good customer service and greeted me and carried a conversation. She also took my blood without me feeling any pain! I had an excellent experience!
Fast service and the blood was drawn on the first try. I have difficult veins but the nurse did an excellent job. You check in on the iPad at the front and wait until they call you in.
