Dr. McKenzie made children and myself feel uncomfortable. I get she wants to be informative but not even taking a breath to let you explain or understand is disappointing. When I asked for a new doctor in the office I was told their policy does not allow it. Even after my complaints of feeling uncomfortable. Is it normal for a doctor to assume your child doesn’t speak after 2 minutes in the room with them? Also, having a teen examined where they are not comfortable with is just wrong! And lack of shot records they wanted to administer all shots again from birth. Trust me go somewhere else!!!
Very fast, hardly any wait time, Doctor McKenzie was extremely informative and nice and gave me sooo much amazing information : 10/10 recommend!
