Great airstrip with beautiful views. Has a small campground for pilots with showers and a restroom.. 100LL was .40 cheaper than my home airport. Thumbs up all the way. Help keep it clean and beautiful.
Granted this review should have been 14years ago when I was working in Phoenix, Hahaha!! But how remarkable of an impression the Restaurant at Payson airport was to me. Amazing Breakfasts!! Enjoyed them each time we have to drive up to Holbrook. Prayfully it has managed to either stay open or will reopen soon!!
Love this place, great food but fantastic location watching the planes land and take off!!!! Whenever we have people visiting from out of town, we ALWAYS come here

Flew in for camping trip, called ahead and talked with a guy named Dennis, he was extremely helpful made us feel very welcome we had bad weather coming in and he called to check on us. highly recommend this place. Campsites clean, restaurant food good, Airport management is the best. Thank you Dennis!
