I agree with you L.B ALLEN 100%. It is a cute quiet little neighborhood and I have looked here a lot but the lot rent is high comparing other parks but not all. With no pool etc it is too high for what you get. Thought your judgement was fair and accurate for this park and is the same reason I haven't bought there and it is a nice park.
So many over 30 at last count cute little homes for sale in this lovely, peaceful little park with lake access. Several I've had my eye on for some time. However, the lot rent is higher by hundreds than neighboring parks featuring more amenities. This is why I will look but not buy.
Love this place don't live here yet sure planning to rent runs from 242 to 70 that's reasonable for an mobile home park. Most Parks run anywhere from 5 to 700. No pool but it has Lake access and nice Clubhouse.
Lot rents have skyrocketed up over 47% in under 9 months. Not a good option for fixed income.
We have lived here for three years, and couldn't be more pleased. Karen is absolutely one of the best people we've ever met! The park is kept up in great shape. After living in Florida on East coast for 12 years, we are very happy here, and highly recommend this park.

Quiet yet localized so it's convenient. Have some of the best prices for lot rent and mobile homes sell relatively cheap and they also have a 24hr emergency contact. Since my last post the park is slowly changing with the new owners getting situated and my solo year maintaining the park beginning to ease up....this place is special and has so much potential..
This one is squared away to the point that we will dig deeper. Tons of older mobile homes that were beautiful and perfectly laid out.
Whats up with the lot rent? No wonder so many homes are available in this park.
In 5 years I'll be moving here. Nice weather, nice people, cost of living is less than would be expected. Compared to the living hell of PA, this is a paradise.
