Uncle Joe's Campground

Connie is the most amazing human you will meet. The ladies in this establishment went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing, whether you are a boater, hiker, fisherman, backpacker or whatever. They will welcome you with open arms to a clean hospitable establishment

Water got in during some rain and damaged an air mattress and other of my items. Only one window had a screen, and after losing power for a while, I could only open the one window due to mosquitoes. It was very hot and muggy. Very dirty place with stains all over beds. Had 2 tables but no chairs. I asked for a partial refund and was told just "no". It's a shame the slumlord allows the place to be in this state. The staff are actually really nice.

most beautiful sunsets around!!! and also the best sky for stars!!! and shooting stars!!! seen at least 1 shooting star a night if not more!!! and the fishing is amazing, caught a huge catfish in just the canals surrounding the place... there is a boat ramp that can get you to lake o so we will use that next time!!!

Just a nice back country kinda place. Loved, loved the pickled beets.....

A group of us were making a 3 day trip by water. One of our vessels had issues and the only place that had a ramp was uncle Joe's. I had my girlfriend bring the trailer to the ramp so we could get their vessel back to the starting point. The guy at uncle Joe's was very rude to us and didn't care one bit about our problem they just wanted their $10 launch fee. I have thought about staying here one one of our adventures but definitely after meeting the people that run the campground I will never stay here. 10 out of 10 would not recommend

I usually stay with them every weekend I'm from Bradenton and I make it my mission to come there and fish. The staff treats u like family and are so sweet. And u can rent a efficiency or like a duplex for a little of nothing fully furnished dishes and all. They even had my beer I left there after a late day of fishing in there cooler waiting for me to pick it up. I don't know why snobby folks get on here and diss but I betcha u can't find a better place for cheaper! I love them and Clewiston!

Stayed here for a couple weeks for a work project. Affordable and quiet place to stay. Enjoyed having laundry available and the kitchen.

This place has the coolest , almost hippie vibe. Fantastic staff. Im telling all my yankee friends
