Probably my best dental experience I have ever had. I am not a huge dentist person, I've had bad experience with them. But this place was phenomenal. I start having wisdom tooth pains and they began to be unbearable but everywhere I called they said the closest they could get me was a month away. When I called here I told them I was in a lot of pain and they get me in the next day for consultation. After the consultation I was able to get the wisdom tooth out the day after that. It was so quick and Dr. Brunner was so nice and made sure I was comfortable through the whole thing. I'm still healing right now but I'm already feeling ten times better than what I was. The staff here are so nice and this place partners with carecredit so I was able to pay for it easily and set up my payments. I highly recommend this place!
Dr Brunner was wonderful, before the procedure I started to get very anxious, but then she came into the room, and she was a very calming presence. She talked me through my anxiety and helped me feel a lot better Although the laughing gas probably had a part in that as well. She only does one procedure at a time, which means theres no feeling of being rushed out of recovery. My procedure was only yesterday, but I am very pleased so far, and healing is going well. After I got home the office called to check on me and if I'd eaten, etc, which was very much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Brunner.
My daughter had 2 teeth removed and she was the worst ever!!! Not numbed properly practically laughed at when crying as they discussed their kids baseball games!!!refused to stop when told. Nothing for pain still in tears at 7pm tonight from 11am appt...disgraceful!!! Far from a caring profes!!!!go elsewhere!!!
Very unhappy with their business practices. Very unethical billing to insurance company when they are NOT in network. Billed for total ex ray that was not needed to pull one 1 tooth. Went to them and were not told that they were no longer in network when appointment was made. Because of Covid-19 husband was not allowed in who would have known of not in network when wife patient was told husband is policy holder.
Very happy with the service here. Pulled 4 wisdom teeth all at same time. Very nice staff.
