Mountain Dental - Dr. George Sarandev

I just had my first visit with this group. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was greeted by the receptionist, Crystal. She was very pleasant & professional. Very sweet person!! Autumn is my Hygienist.....I can't say enough great things about her. I had questions & she answered them without rushing. Took her time and she is the best I have ever been to. I only saw the Dentist for approximately 10-15 minutes for him to check my teeth and answer more questions I had. He was Extremely nice. Very thorough. Not rushed. I go back in 6 months and I am looking forward to my next visit! I recommend this office 100%. You definitely won't be disappointed!!

This practice does not know if they are coming or going. It took a year to send me a first bill. I have twice had root canals started only to have him decide half way through that the tooth was cracked and had to be pulled. Most of the time the Dr. Is at his other practice and isn’t even there to look at my teeth after a cleaning. I have recommended many clients to the business and I know regret it. I will not return there.

I saw Dr. Mariani and was extremely happy with my visit. She made me feel at ease and listened to all my concerns while explaining them thoroughly. Definitely will be returning and highly recommend.

Dr. Sarandev and his staff are great! My first appointment was an emergency procedure a couple of weeks ago, but he and his entire office treated me just as if I had been a patient of record for many years. Had my second appointment today, and the work was done not only well but also incredibly quickly. I had a great experience with both the doctor and the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. Also, I have heard good things about this office. It’s so hard to find a dental office that really cares. I am so happy I found this office when I first moved here! Great experience!!!

Call me crazy but I love going to my dentist. Everyone in the office is awesome! Before transferring to Lake Placid office, we used the office in Ausable.- again the staff was great. Thank you guys for keeping my teeth in my mouth and st my age that means alot.

I was a little nervous going to a new dentist because I really liked the one I had before moving here but I felt very comfortable there, the dentist was very friendly and nice along with my hygienist she did an absolute amazing and thorough job cleaning my teeth! She was very friendly and comforting. All the staff here are very nice. I’m very glad I went there and will continue to go here for all my dental needs.
