Lived there for 3 yrs. People were reasonably nice. Management was a different issue. Didn't address issues, such as yards and homes not maintained, pool and hot tub not maintained on a regular basis. Just patched it up to get by. Water lines were constantly broke and needed repairs. Management is retired on the job.hardly visible to park residents, sat in office most of time.
Don't Buy Here. management is horrible, They tell you water and sewer included in lot rent, NOT. Example lot rent 780.00 Water and sewer 41.00 Total taxes 130.00 Add that up. Don't be fooled. If I known this was an ELS property I would of bought somewhere else. Here is the clincher. Pool needed repairs. Management thought lets close July and August,2 hottest months out of the year .Unbelievable!
Trailer park owned by a large corporation ELS, headed by a soulless park manager and not maintained by a useless maintenance man. All they care about is collecting lot fees and enforcing arbitrary rules. Response during one of the largest natural disasters in the area in the last 100 years hurricane Ian was pathetic. For the money they charge I wouldn't say residing in this park is worth it. Plus the rumor mill is outta control cause there's a whole lotta people who have nothing better to do with their time. The location is the only thing that's worth the money otherwise there's a whole lot happier and more comfortable places to live than this joint.
Nice quiet trailer park.
Well maintained. Not bad, but high priced for what it is. It's a drive to EVERYTHING. So if you like driving, this is the place. Friendly neighborhood. Club House is very basic. Pool is nice, but it has a "warm" tub, not a hot tub- why bother?
Not a bad trailer park. My friend lives here. Most are in good shape although there are a few old trail ers that definitely need some TLC. Nice lake in the middle. I have not been in the clubhouse but it looks nice. Overall it seems like a pretty nice place.
Love it! My husband and I retired here about a year and a half ago. Beautiful entrance, pond, fountain in the pond. It makes it a joy to come home each time. Friendly folks, good management team. Pet friendly, even welcoming them. Good roads, dances, dinners , trips, cruises, card games, shuffle board teams, a gym, plenty of room to ride your bike. There's no end to the opportunitites here. Come and check it out yourself.
Friendly residential community, several MH for sale reasonably priced, lot rent however, varies from one residence to another without apparent reason. 900.00 plus monthly seems expensive when considering average SS check is around 1300 monthly. Shuffleboard, clubhouse, lake with gator & many lush trees.

The community seems very nice. The pool was great and my friend's neighbors were great people and very caring.
