GM The entire staff at Blaine location are great!! I completed a sleep study, received a CPAP machine, and they set up my account for ordering supplies. I would highly recommend the Blaine location.

Great experience. Janneth assisted me in getting my new CPAP machine all setup in accordance with my prescription values. Also showed me how the new device works and activated some additional features available to me.

I had a very good experience from the tech doing my sleep study to my consult to get my cpap machine. Everyone I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely recommend!

OMG ! I had a sleep study scheduled the women by the name of Mary Straight said it was okay to b late , About 30-45 mins due to me getting off work at 8pm! I get to the facility NOBODY AND I MEAN NOBODY IS AT THE DESK TO GREET ME. Absolutely nobody in the back room to watch over the facility all I see is others in there room being watched. I decided to wait about 15 mins like okay maybe they went to the rest room? Well it became 15 mins in & I’m like HELLO HELLO does any one work here. Nobody came OUT TO GREET ME FOR MY SCHEDULED SLEEP STUDY! So now I have to come back to this place because people at the center DIDN'T DO THERE JOB! I will be requesting some type of gas card for my inconvenience, I have pictures of this facility being emptied OUT! Nobody at a desk unlimited access to the place , doors un locked while people sleep there HORRIBLE!

People were friendly and helpful. Knew their work with accuracy; answered questions. Even details that I questioned. Listened to me and advised me on some questions. Excellent!

Went to Plymouth location. Very clean office & rooms, private bathroom. Extremely welcoming and professional staff. Cracked jokes, I felt very comfortable with these gentlemen. Sleep Nimber beds, without adjustable base...if you rely on head being raised due to reflux, it will be a problem. Tell them your needs when you schedule the appt; repare a solution ahead of time. Arrange a medication sleep aid with your Dr before your appt, it's hard to sleep in a strange setting and all wired up. I thought the bedroom decor was inviting and beautiful. I recommend Lakeland Sleep Centers!

The assistant that I had an appointment with was very professional. I was having trouble setting the heat and humidity levels. When she plugged it in my BIPAP worked as it was supposed to. I told her that some of the symbols that were now on the screen weren't there at home. I felt foolish for having taken the machine in. I truly believe that she believed me. She also helped adjust my mask. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I was originally told it would take up to three months to receive my CPAP machine but it only took a few weeks. The people I met with where extremely kind and explained everything very well, especially when it came to how to use the machine. Thank you for hiring such amazing people.

I was given clear explanations by someone very friendly and knowledgeable. Also she helped me with a query even though it was not her area of expertise. But she found some information which was very helpful to me. I would never go to another sleep center!

Misleading sales people will tell you your insurance will cover one thing but then bill hundreds of dollars in accessories that cannot be used. They will also call you daily and leave a voicemail asking you to call an automated system back that never gives you the reason for their call. After asking them to email or text, the calls continued daily for 5 months until I was able to block all their numbers. I recommend any sleep place besides this one
