What i have experience today starts from the first person when i walked in the service is bad the communication is bad unfortunately.. everything the other reviewers said under this post is what I can identify with.. Believe it!! to add I didn't have a bad experience before because after I signed in I just wait but today I had to handle something and was looking for a solution since the doctor was behind on patients

I've had 7 brain tumors and multiple surgeries. I was 14 so you can imagine how many blood tests had. Please care about us patients and invest in our care. The place where my blood was drawn from still hurts and has a small bruise. And this was yesterday. Is saving money on the size of the gauge worth making your patients uncomfortable.

Forget about trying to get somebody on the phone. I showed up for my lab appointment at 7am only to be told that the Doctor had left no orders on what to draw, but she would call them at 8am and call me back by noon. So, since I never heard back from the lab, I made the mistake of calling the Doctor's office. Was on hold for 27 minutes before the person picked up. Before I got midway through my first sentence, she rudely said, "can you hold on for one minute?" and put me back on hold. I finally hung up after 17 more minutes.

So you make an appt. Show up early like they said. Wait over 1 hr to check in and sit in a office .. to still wait on LPRN… why make appts if you waste 2 hrs to see a nurse. Terrible service here and you waaaaaittttttttt forever ! People are professional and somewhat nice if you want service and help though go somewhere else !!

Lakeland Regional Health. Professionalism is their care from the team staff and Including the Doctors. It all starts at the front desk.

1st time patient here with Dr. Balliu's office. I seen Eileen Rodriguez and I have to say she was very insightful and on the ball with things. She took a lot of time with me explaining things and I really appreciated that. The staff had excellent PR skills. Very kind, polite, considerate, and helpful. I am so used to seeing doctors where the staff seems to hate their jobs and gives you an attitude, but not here! Thank you all so much for a very pleasant first time visit.

Had a referral to therapist specialist Md Mahboob Rheumatologist office .. First visit came 15 minute early as requested and after being at libby for almost and hour.. went in for vitals and waited 30 minutes more.. later on had a follow up vista after referring to Terapies this time not with this group.. and for my 2nd visit it was worst.. waited more then 1 1/2 although I came this time 30 minutes befor and when I was ask to go inside the office I told them i had another appointment. And needed to be there 30 minutes later and if she could not see in next 10 minutes I had to go.. the nurse took my vitals and told me that other patients came late to their appointments and again I ask. Will she take more then 10-15 minutes and the nurse said after filling the vitals chart. Show could not guarantee nothing and if I had to leave it was fine. I waited 3 more minutes and decided to leave so that I was not late to my next appointment. I never ever went back and ask for a new doctor. This was 1 1/2 years ago aprox.

I came to the ENT office at this campus because of issues with my tonsils and sinus. It took me 2 months to finally have a date scheduled to have my tonsils removed. Within that 2 months was speaking with the surgical coordinator for the ENT department, who was not professional, and then being told I had to wait for their department to be trained on how to schedule surgery’s at the surgical center. I wait until mid-March, because that’s when their training was completed, and it took another 3 weeks for my surgery to be scheduled. That’s with me calling them every week, because when someone said “we will call you back” they never did. My surgery was scheduled May 9th, I was just relieved for that whole mess to be over. But the AC broke at the surgical center, so it gets moved to May 19th. And that’s of course after me calling the ENT office to get it rescheduled. The ENT office refused to accept any blame when I said that the surgery center said their office needs to contact them. May 19th my new surgery is set. I go to the surgical center and proceed to pay and I am told, “The physician and anesthesiologist bill separately, because they have a financial interest here.” Cool. Wish I would have know that estimated amount beforehand, like I learned I was suppose to receive. I first went to the ENT in August 2021, to now June 2022, for a single surgery. I should have cut my losses and time and went somewhere more competent. For a reference point, my GI doctor is a private practice, had my procedure scheduled at an outpatient surgical center the SAME DAY as my GI appointment. If you have the means and your insurance will accept it, go to a private practice instead. Lakeland Regional is just a cash grab delivering subpar medical service and communication skills.

If you want last minute cancellations after waiting for weeks to get in for an appointment this is your place. In 50 years I have never seen a more unprofessional atmosphere. I have given them many chances. Asked for calls from the management team, talked to supervisors, all with no concern from them or follow up. If you just want to be a number they can bill, this is your place.

terrible, when i got a voicemail to remind me of my appointment i was not given an address or even the name of the place and the number i was given to call back at was out of service. i had no confirmation email for the appointment and i could not log into the patient portal because my email was apparently not in the system. the only way i could figure out where to go was by looking up the number they called me at, which was 15 minutes away from the actual location. when i couldnt find anywhere for psychiatry there, i called back to get an address. i finally made it over and entered on the wrong side of the building and when i got to the right place, i was denied my appointment because it was 2 minutes past the rescheduling cutoff, even when i explained that i was here before then. it is completely preposterous that the receptionist does not have the ability to reschedule appointments. i spoke to someone else about my issue and was told that they could not prove to me any correspondence of their policy of rescheduling appointments. i was still denied my appointment after they couldnt prove that. i had an appointment to refill my antidepressants, which i waited 3 months for without them, but i will have to wait even more now for an appointment somewhere else. this establishment has life threatening practices and does not keep records to protect themselves.
