Just had an MRI at this location and needed a copy of the MRI on a disk for my doctor. The technician told me it would take 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I had the unfortunate experience talking to Riley who said he couldn't burn the disk because there system was down. I understand things happen but he was so rude and disrespectful. If you need an imaging, there are many choices that are cheaper and professional.
Urgent care is helpful but the actual providers in this clinic aren't trustworthy. I've shuffled through a couple of there nurse practitioners and they just seemed confused and unsure. They tell you one thing during your appointment, then have there staff call you back at the end of day taking back what they said earlier. Really annoying if your calling the pharmacy to see if your prescription is ready and they keep telling you they haven't received anything. They also wait until the end of the day to cancel your early morning appointment for the following day with no proper solution. They don't harbor that sence of trust, safety, and security that other clinics have. It felt like I was a practice patient and my problems never felt like they were taking seriously until they got worse. Maybe that's the scam? They keep you making appointments until the patient can't deal anymore and then they finally help, but then good luck actually getting the appointment once your passed your breaking point. To emphasize this review is not for the urgent care. The urgent care is great.
I love this location and I love my chiropractor, Dr. Glambluca and his amazing nurses who are very exceptional and also have a wonderful sense of humor
I talked to the most helpful, professional and kind woman who really helped me today, I wish I would have gotten her name. She should be the face of health care. If she sees this. I thank you. You are wonderful at your job and I know it’s not easy.
MRI staff were top notch! Could not have done more to make sure I was comfortable! I highly recommend.

Do not go here terribly service and when you need a refill for a prescription takes up to three weeks when it should take one or two days just save yourself some time and go somewhere else
I have been going to the 2000 E Layton clinic for nearly 11 years. I liked the consistency, but I am very disappointed as of late because I have not been able to receive an answer regarding insurance. I merely wanted to know if this location or my provider wanted to intentionally drop my insurance or if they still needed to submit something to my insurance to become credentialed and ensure they were in network. I have been asking this question since June and as of today I still have no answer. In fact they are quick to offer sending my records to another provider before offering to find out what the problem may be. It’s a little odd that all other Aurora facilities have providers that take my insurance, but the 2000 E Layton clinic has no one authorized to take my insurance per my insurance representatives. I think it is time for a change because it is apparent this location does not care if they lose me as a patient even after I have been their patient for 11 years. I doubt I will get a straight answer because no one seems to know who the correct point of contact is regarding insurance and the website’s number provided for insurance does not pertain to insurance at all. I have been told again and again by Aurora that this location takes my insurance, but my insurance representatives adamantly state that this location did not take the appropriate steps to get credentialed or to stay in network. I just wish someone in Aurora new who to contact regarding insurance so I did not have to switch providers or clinics after 11 years.
The Pharmacist at this location is rude, and very condescending. I spoke with her earlier in the day regarding a prescription transfer; I was told that I would be able to pick it up at a specific time. I arrived at the time we agreed upon, but no prescription. This pharmacist canceled my prescription, so in order to fill it she needed my doctor to write another script; which shouldn't have been difficult considering he is across the waiting area, and down the hall. I was told very rudely that she just hasn't had time to call my doctor, really? Now there was absolutely no one in there when I walked in. This women was so nasty in her tone, and facial expressions. It just amazes me, if you don't like dealing with people; then get a job that does not require you to deal with people! I just couldn't believe how incompetent this staff is, call the doctor, get the script, or call the customer that you told it would be ready; that you messed up and deleted my script. Needless to say I did their jobs for them. Walked right across the hall, and had someone call my doctor. Wow that was hard. Ever since Aurora took over this facility in has gone down hill. Co-pays don't get collected, instead they send you to collections, doctors that have been with Lake Shore for a long time are leaving, patient care has gone done the drain. The pharmacist prior to this one was amazing, friendly, helpful, and caring. Shame on you Aurora!
I dislike that they won't show me my own x-rays that I paid for. People are otherwise reasonably courteous. I'm not taking COVID boosters, though, so don't push that on me. The last COVID shot I got gave me heart attacks among other things, and I know of several who died of heart attacks soon after theirs. None of them was particularly old. Nor did any of them have a history of heart trouble. I'm only 42 myself.
