I’m normally terrified of dentist appointments but I was pleasantly surprised and met with a warm welcome from everyone at the office. My first visit was with Amanda and she was absolutely amazing! She’s extremely sweet, has the best personality and made me feel very comfortable since the beginning. She did a very thorough job at explaining everything to me and I was so happy to have her clean my teeth. She made the process so easy and I feel so confident in her that I will specifically choose her for all my future appointments! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this office. I’m truly blessed to have found them!
Visited Lakewood Dental Trails recently for a cleaning and had a fantastic experience! The front office ladies Natalia and Yaneth were amazing and got me checked in and out in no time and explained all of my options with my insurance. Hailey was my Hygienist and answered all my hygiene questions while completing my cleaning with great care and efficiency, I will definitely be requesting her for my next appointment! Dr. Kern saw me for general check up and even adjusted my bite on a filling I had done at my previous office which resulted in no more pain in one of my teeth. Overall very gracious for all the attention and care I received during my visit and look forward to coming back to Lakewood Dental Trails!

I was seen by Elizabeth today and she did a great job with my cleaning and listening to my concerns. Lindsey and Amanda saw my daughters and they were both very pleased with their appointments. Dr. Kern was great at explaining things to my daughters as well. Everything was so easy and fast from checking in with Yaneth to checking out with Natalia and Brianna. Great office, experience, and team all around.
My first visit to Lakewood Dental Trails exceeded my expectations! From the ladies at the front desk to Jessica, Yaneth and Dr. Rich made me felt welcomed and very comfortable. The state of the art equipment showed they want their patients to have the best service possible. Jessica made me felt like I was the most important person in the office and to you I say, Thank you!
I Lakewood Dental Trails. Beth is a fantastic dental hygienist super friendly and made my cleaning flyby in record time. The entire staff is fantastic and I am so happy we live close to them. I was really nervous when we moved to this area about finding a new dentist, but Dr. Rich and his staff are incredibly helpful!
Today I was seen by Lindsey and I loved every minute of my time there. Lindsey was very patient and very thorough with me while explaining everything to me. When I walked out my teeth felt amazing and I do not think I want anyone else to clean my teeth from here on out. Definitely the best experience I have had.
First time attending and it’s honestly top best dental offices I’ve been. My toddler did not cry! He usually cries every time he goes to the dentist. They were so patient with him and explaining every step they were doing. They made it fun for him. He absolutely loved it!
I’ve had Jessica as my hygienist for the past several times. She’s very personable, informative and thorough. She truly cares about your dental health. I had to have a minor procedure done, and she made me feel at ease and comfortable.
Sent my elderly mother to see Dr Rich and his staff to address some ongoing dental issues. The office is beautiful and very clean. Dr. Rich does amazing work. He and his staff are some of the most caring and compassionate in the industry, especially his assistant Cydni..she is truly the BEST! : Thank you Dr. Rich and all of the ladies at Lakewood Dental Trails!!
