Young lady at checkout was kind, I was greeted as I shopped around, store was clean and merchandise easy to find/actually sized correctly. 5 stars for the store operations and the customer service. If I could give LB a rating it would be a 3 star. Their products cater to the elderly in terms of being on trend and they need to get with the fact that it is 2023. I only buy basics now usually bras, underwear, black leggings, etc because anything with a pattern makes you look ancient.
Love lane bryant. Staff isn't very friendly. But the store selection and location is great.
The attendamt was very help with me trying to find a bra in my size in the store but couldn't so we decided to go on-line the bras was very colorful but no support on the 42 j straps. Will have to go back to 18 hour and there color's or only black, white and beige.
I made a return, and even though I walked in the store as they were getting ready to close for the evening, Blair, the sales associate, was very nice to me. She even asked me if I wanted to look around to see if there was something I wanted to exchange my item for, rather than return it. She could have been nasty towards me since I walked in last minute unintentionally, but she chose kindness, and I appreciate it.
The staff is amazing always! Katie & Blair are my favs. Always helpful, friendly & patient.
The dressing rooms are open again, yay!!!! The sales girl was great, bringing other sizes to try on, even checking other stores and their on line catalog to find what I wanted. If you haven't been in a while make it a point to go!!
The staff here is always very helpful. Ordering online and delivering the store is a money saver, and you still get the great staff experience! If I ever need any fashion advice they are always more than willing to help! Definitely love this store!
The staff is great, the store is very tidy & will laid out & I’ve had great luck finding clothes that last. Their jeans last me years!
I was always a fan of Lane Bryant clothing!! I have lost weight, so sadly none of their clothes fit me anymore. Their pants are always high quality and lasted me a few years. It's hard being a big girl and finding pants that don't wear out in the thigh inseam area. Thanks for all the good years of shopping! Maybe Lane Bryant could launch a line of clothing for ladies size 10 to 13!
Staff super friendly found what I was looking for plus I found 2 really cute tops that I wasn't looking for.
