Honestly the best go to place for all baby needs! The owner Dawn is truly an amazing person and so is all of the staff! They carry the best stroller and car seat around: Nuna! Hands down this is the place to go and if you are able to talk with the owner do so! She is full of knowledge and is a straight shooter!
I will never ever recommend this store to anyone. We purchased a Nuna Ivvi stroller from this Lansers and were told when I called to order the stroller that when we picked it up they would have it assembled and ready to go. The damage on this almost $800 stroller is horrendous. The excuse from the employee was that they aren't always 100% when they come out of the box. This stroller also didn't come with the manual or the registration information which my Nuna Pipa carseat had attached to it when I removed it from the box. I am pretty sure that they gave us the floor model and not a brand new stroller. I contacted Nuna and explained the situation to them and they are taking over so I don't have to deal with the store anymore. I am due ANY day and the fact that I have had to go through all of this for a stroller is deplorable. This is not what I would expect out of a higher end specialty store.
This is written from a close friend of mine about her daughters experience at the godawful place. We both live out state but we are highly upset and disappointed in how they treated her daughter. I was so upset when my daughter who just had a baby and he's still in the nicu told me how awful she was treated in this store...how dare you treat your customers like you are better then them. She left the hospital already upset because another baby was released that day and her son was still there only to have to come to your store and be treated with total disrespect and dismay..she called me hysterically crying after she left your store she's been thru so much this past month and to be talked to the way you talked to her is horrible. Unfortunately I don't live there or I would have told you in person how I felt about the way my daughter was treated and I called several times with no answer so this I guess will have to do. In the bible it says Be kind to one another I have taught my children this and live by this rule myself as a business owner you may want to extend this service to your customers in the future
Lansers is such a phenomenal store. The employees have been more than amazing to myself and my family! It's sad to see such negative reviews on their site when they bust their behinds trying to serve people. People can be cruel & hormonal, which is understandable. But to continuously bring down this family own business and these enployees is a disgrace!! Lansers all the way!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would
The staff is very helpful and friendly. I bought my son's crib from there. They also wonderful toy selection, especially the Meilssa and Doug products.
I love this place! Dawn and her staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They are able to suggest products specific to the needs for my little one. I would highly recommend this store to any of my mom friends!!
Lansers is a great store. I found the staff very helpful and the store was a nice shopping experience. I went in for a gift and left with a lot more. Would definitely go back again!
The owner of this store is trash.... not only did she argue about refunding money but when she saw the customer with a drink which she got from a friend for free she down graded her called her a lier and brought up her child who os in the nicu... you are not only a poor excuse for a store but DAWN you are a poor excuse for a human being ..... everyone knowns that now.. the mall has been called because they need to know what kind of low lifes they have in there building... the BBB has been called and the tv stations and radio have been told.... i dont know how you can look yourself in the mirror if i could of given no stars or negative i would have.... TRASH
The staff are extremely friendly. There are lots of interesting products that you generally don't see elsewhere.
I visited their new location in University Park mall. The staff was wonderful and prices great! Will be back
