There's very little sitting around waiting for your appointment. They get you in quickly, they know your time is valuable. These folks are very organized and know their stuff. Everyone that I've seen all these years has been very nice and gentle. I've had all kinds of procedures done and not one bad or painful one. They take the fear out of going to the dentist! I would highly recommend them.
I was truly pleased with the professional and though service at Lapeer Dental Centre. The hygienist was friendly, informative, and gentle. Dr Nate Mutch was a pleasure to have as my new dentist. I know I am in good hands now!
Not only are they the highest priced dental center in Lapeer, but their services are seriously lacking. I brought my son into their office for braces. They were less than professionally done. Bands popped off immediately, upon getting them off two of his teeth were still crooked, a molar and a front tooth on the bottom. Apparently he had a cavity on the surface of his tooth, not where you chew, but the actual part you see when he smiles, they filled it with silver. Who does that? I thought white fillings were all dentists used now. No one even told me he had a cavity. They also left a ton of cement on his teeth so when I found a new amazing dentist and hygienist it took the poor hygienist forever to get all cement off his teeth! Also, every time I walked in to the Lapeer Dental Centre, the women at the front counter would make it a point to let you know they were talking about you. I have never seen such an unprofessional bunch of people. All I can say is dont waste your money or time going here!
The entire staff is incredibly friendly! The hygienists are great and my doctor, Dr. Nate is an amazing dentist and any procedure has been completely pain free! Recommend them to everyone!
Everyone at Lapeer Dental Centre is so gracious, friendly and proactively helpful. Lol and this is coming from an adult who would rather do almost anything else rather than go to the dentist. I'm not from the area, but am happy to make the drive. Truly, from the office staff, assistants and doctors- they really do make your visit as painless as possible.
Hands down the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I’m so grateful for the staff. I would highly highly 10 out of 10 recommend this place to anyone.
They were so nice, it was my first visit there and although I don’t love going to the dentist they definitely made it a great experience!
Fantastic staff! I was so impressed. I have a great feeling my dentures are going to fit fantastic. Everyone was so efficient & thorough. I recommend Lapeer Dental Centre to anyone who might be leery of dentist, they will put you at ease!
They are so wonderful there. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with kindness and good attitudes. That means a LOT when you have anxiety or a little one with dentistry anxiety. I appreciate ALL the staff and Dr Nate beyond words. Ty for being so good with my little one
