The establishment is really well kept. Very clean. My only problem is that there were some individuals asleep on the benches there. One of them was going around asking people for money and just hanging out asking people foroney
The owner of this place is a very nice lady, today one of the machines didn't work properly, so she offered to wash them again for me and put them in the dryer. While i could go and run some errands. She texted me when she was done. When i went back to get my laundry she had already folded them for me and put them in a bag. I was amazed, no one ever dose that for someone. She didn't charge me for the bag. The service she provided was amazing. As long as i live in Burlington, I'll always come back here for my laundry. The grey bag is the one she gave me for free. Highly recommend this place.
Very small place. Washers are good. Dryers suck. My clothes were still wet after 35 mins in dryer. Had to pay more to dry them and one sweater was still damp. Also, hate the card use to pay for machines. Rather use coins. Now I will lose the money stuck on my card. Smh.
A nice place to do your laundry. It's also located in a very nice area and close to other stores such as Wawa right across the street. Fair prices and inside of the laundry mat is fairly clean. They also have small picnic tables outside around the parking lot for customers to sit and wait for their laundry to finish. I would recommend going here.
Absolutely trash service… how are u open for business without an attendant… now im stuck with a broken washer and no one to refund me… good job ill NEVER BE BACK UPDATE the owner hung up on me for asking for a refund… DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY
Im a truck driver so Whenever I'm in Burlington, I have to stop and do laundry here. Nice and clean. The young lady that works there is super nice.
Very clean place nice atmosphere
Clean, but small. The machine I used cleaned my clothes well, but seemed to leave a little too much water in them. The dryer worked great. There were not enough of those rolling baskets, but there were a lot of people in there. The machines run with those cards. Bring bills or your card to get a card. Lock your car or truck up. A skinny, dirty white man dressed in black walked by in the parking lot and tried to open the side door on my truck. It's a semi. He did not know I was in there when he did it, but ran across the street when he saw that my window was cracked open. If you're hungry, there's a good variety of restaurants in walking distance. Grab some chow while your clothes are getting washed.
This is only the 3rd time I've ever given 5 stars. The staff here is awesome. Prices are great. The lady who runs this place is one of the nicest people ever. You can park a bobtail here too. Pizza next door is decent food while you wait.
