Multiple machines out of service. Another customer told me that the owner lives in New York and isn't big on maintaining the place. I'm not certain if that's true and these days it's more difficult to get things repaired but it certainly would help improve the experience here.
The woman who works here this morning 8/8 is extremely rude and miserable. I’ve went here every single week for years and i ALSO use the car wash but I doubt I’ll come back after her ignorant condescending attitude. The machine took my money and I showed here in the card activity that I had enough money on there I ONLY put the amount I use each time she told me I have to pay again and I didn’t have enough money when it was right in front of her face that I paid it. I’m very upset to have someone talk to me like that when I come here EVERY WEEK religiously.
I was very disappointed in the way the old lady spoke to me when I asked for assistance to add money to my card. She's a mean and cranky one! I was in your establishment Wash n Go in Lumberton to check the balance on my card and add value. The old lady with short white hair needs a new job. She complained about even helping me. Snatched my card out of my hand...I let that go she put my card in and I went to make sure it was pushed in and she smacked my hand. That's when I told her she didn't have to be rude and instead of changing her attitude she wanted to argue. I called her an old cranky mean B@#$% and she told me screw you. She needs to get screwed maybe she won't be so cranky. She is NEVER nice. I have witnessed her being rude to others. Looking at the reviews she has had several complaints and I don't understand why she is still there if she can't be nice and do her job of helping. Please do something about her. She's the only one like that. I put 1 star on your Google review and posted a picture of her ! Your establishment will be more pleasant and people will come back if they don't have to deal with her.
March 16th last night 2023 spent at least $60 just to find out my 6 year old wasn't allowed to use the bathroom so I had to walk in the dark to find a place to let her use the bathroom. So I asked why couldn't she use the bathroom the worker says someone made a huge mess in the bathroom the other day so the owner was mad and said the customers not allowed to use it anymore. So we are allowed to spend lots of money but no one could have made an exception for a six year old to go to the bathroom wowwwww. That worker complained so much about people dropping dryer sheets on the floor but I thought that was her job to keep the place clean but I could be wrong. But she should not be complaining to the guess just quit or talk to her manager with job issues

Been here more than once. It seems like you're inconveniencing the store owner by trying to give them business. Terrible attitude. It's clear the owner hates herself. Cash only 3 days to wash less than 10 lbs of clothes

They do not have a bathroom at this location and there was no place near that has a bathroom so you are stuck there with no bathroom. I do not recommend it because since they've added a new washers everything's twice is expensive I do not recommend this place anymore they have gone downhill severely. Although I will admit the new washers and dryers do work extremely well.
It used to be a nice place, there's only a few on staff who actually care. It's never clean except for one lady who cleans it up and makes it spotless. They should put a limit on how many washing machines and dryers can be used. To make it fair for other families who come to do their laundry. But it's sad that it's a first come, first serve basis. Because people just drop there Laundry machines and dryers and just go for hours. While others have to wait for available machines.
For the last month credit card printer is not working. The items I bring here are for business purposes and receipts are necessary to match your bank statements. Very unprofessional operated.
