We are a boutique immigration law firm devoted exclusively to the practice of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. We provide business, employment and family immigration strategies, consulting, policy and compliance services.
Attorney Laurie A. Dinius-Perez is licensed to practice law by the State of Idaho and is an active member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association), the world’s largest organization of immigration lawyers. She is a graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law and Boise State University.
Laurie’s immigration expertise stems from more than nine years as a licensed attorney focusing exclusively on immigration law. Prior to starting her own law firm, Laurie developed her business immigration expertise with Berry Appleman & Leiden (San Francisco), one of the world’s leading corporate immigration practices, by concentrating on strategies for foreign labor certification (PERM) applications, complex foreign degree equivalency issues and all matters related to employment-based green card processing. Laurie’s concentration in business immigration entailed providing immigration counsel to business clients ranging from Fortune 200 to smaller companies, covering industries such as IT, financial services, and construction and engineering.
Prior to immersing herself in the world of high-volume corporate immigration law, Laurie worked four years in small boutique immigration firms in Boise-Nampa, Idaho, including Herrington Law Offices, a practice focused on providing business and family immigration solutions, and Labrador Law Offices, a successful practice focused on removal defense and family-based immigration.
Working in small firm environments, Laurie learned to prepare cases capable of withstanding the highest levels of scrutiny and made regular appearances in U.S. Immigration Court and USCIS District and Local Offices on a cost effective basis.
