I cannot thank John and his team enough for explaining the debt consolidation process & which option would be best for me. My husband and I had needed some assistance with our current case due to some unforeseen serious health circumstances effecting my husband. We were highly recommended by the Judge to seek "alternate" counsel. My husband found John on Google. I signed up for the initial consultation and explained our situation and what we have been going through. John was very professional and stated that he would be happy to help us and take the case over as our current attorney was doing other things unbeknownst to us and was "too busy". John explained our options and recommended what he thought would be the best option given our current situation. Let me start by saying John and his crew are the only people you should talk to. After being brought down some unimaginable paths, John and his team went above and beyond to help us. John is so dedicated to what he does, he doesn’t see limitations. He goal is to win and I will tell you, that’s exactly what he does. My case was the hardest and most complicated case you could possibly face. He won without complicating the situation. He reads each each situation to every detail and he finds every way possible to be successful. This man is superhuman and if you’re in a tight spot or need someone to simply understand you as a person, he is the person you need to talk with. This man won’t let you fail. He is so passionate about what he does. If you want to win, ignore everyone else and call John. He will not disappoint!
John is a stand up guy. He is certainly one you'd want on your side during hard times. His office staff are top notch as well. He helped my father so much. My father couldn't say enough good things about him. He was there for me too, after my dad passed. 100000% recommend.
John was great to work with first and foremost, I was having issues with garnishments and decided I needed to do something about it but was worried that filling bankruptcy would hurt more financially than the garnishment. Boy was I wrong, met John on a Monday and by Wednesday we were done, and everything was filed. I then went to check my credit score it actually went up 100 points, best thing I ever did thanks to John and his team of very professional individual's, also A big thanks to Alex for being such a great help with paperwork. I had a complicated situation come up this morning and called the law offices of John Foscato. I was immediately greeted by Alex who got a briefing of my situation and was able to get John on the phone with me immediately! I couldn’t believe it ! He chatted with me and took down info and called me back later in the day as well !! All in all I ended up taking at least a half hour or more if this man’s time without a charge ! He was so calm to a frantic person . His professional attitude was top notch and you can tell that his clients are his top priority! I didn’t end up needing his services but I feel like a professional relationship was established just through a phone call and I will be certain to refer him to anyone in the future! My experience with John Foscato and his extremely capable staff was an extremely good business move. Having been very successful for 35 years and being hit with the worst recession since the great depression I needed help. In 2010 I filed corporate Chapter 7. In 2012 I filed personal chapter 7 because I personally guaranteed most of my corporate debt. I cleared up everything except an IRS issue I simply couldn't get a handle on. Dealing with the IRS was something I hoped I could handle but it turned out to be a challenge beyond my capabilities. I turned to John for advice and he suggested I file Chapter 13 which is a reorganization plan that allowed me to finally come to one figure the IRS and I could agree on and make monthly payments I could afford to settle this debt. I fought him on this for awhile because I thought I could save the fees and aggrivation without another bankruptcy, but he prevailed. Thanks John and staff for talking some sense into me and finally allowing this 10 year nightmare to finally end. Your advice and services were very professional, responsive and frankly a great value. I strongly advise others facing bankruptcy issues to call on you and your firm for resolution of these matters you are trained for. You and your organization are 5 star in my book.
