I wanted to thank you guys for such a great experience in getting the first round of the COVID-19 vaccine. It was so great I'm considering moving some business your way from other pharmacies. While the Governor Edwards said expanding eligible was "probably the worst-kept secret" during his March 9, 2021 press briefing, you wouldn't have known that trying to schedule a shot! I called and checked websites for everyone. You guys were the only ones who seemed even a little prepared, telling me to stop by and we'll get you signed up. The person at the drive-thru window was super helpful and much to my surprise was able to get me scheduled for a shot the next day. Getting the shot the next day was super easy. All the paperwork was ready to go and, within a few minutes, I had my shot and was on my way! We'll see you again for my second shot... and maybe before!

I absolutely love coming to this pharmacy. It has a boutique feel to it, so I never feel like I am waiting for a prescription. Every time I go in I am greeted, and always feel welcomed. I moved my prescriptions over within the first week of them being open! Definitely recommend.

My entire family has been using Layton’s ever since we move back to the North shore from Dallas. We’re extremely pleased with the service we receive at Layton’s FAMILY Pharmacy.

This is a true family pharmacy. They are always friendly and will go out of their way to help you get your medication. I highly recommend them if you want to have a Pharmacy that truly cares about their patients.

Very friendly, even to my pup when we go through the drive through.  Pam does everything she can to help. They really make you feel like family!

I transferred mine and my children's prescriptions here about a year ago and am very satisfied. The staff treat everyone with respect and get right to work on the scripts Mrs. Pam, her husband and the technicians go above and beyond to ensure all their customers are taken care of. For example, they catalog the hard copies that are too soon and fill them on the appropriate day, they text my cell phone when the new prescriptions or refills are ready, they look for drug interactions and assess each matter accordingly. If anyone in my family are out of refills, they fax the Dr's office, most of the time before I've even noticed or thought about it.  The delivery services they offer are a huge bonus for anyone who has issues getting to the pharmacy to pick their medications up themselves.  I myself have worked in pharmacy for over 15 years and highly recommend Layton Pharmacy because of the attention they pay to the details that really count. It's always best to use one pharmacy because they know you on a personal level and  this helps your Dr. moniter allergies, drug interactions and your basic needs. This is why I drive from Slidell, passing alot of pharmacies on the way to get the service and commitment that I believe every patient deserves. I respect and appreciate how they are running their business. My family will be customers here forever!  Thank you to every staff member at Layton Family Pharmacy, you help me feel stress free because I know that you are all helping me stay organized with my families pharmacy needs. It took 7 times to update a dosage on 1 prescription. I received many partial refills on medications in just 4 months. That means many more trips to their business or deliveries to the customer. I asked to be called back many times and it would rarely happened. I was told I would receive a call back and it would not happen. Lots of confusion often. Twice a very important prescription was not filled. I had to call it in to check on why it was not refilled. My pain med info was not forwarded to my new pharmacist. I was told that couldn't be done. My new pharmacist said that it could. Seemed the phone call to me about this pain med transfer was to see why I wanted to terminate my relationship with them. She could have just called my new pharmacist and gave him the info on this pain med.

Wonderful people! No matter what Medicine needs my family has Mrs. Pam and the whole staff are happy to help and very knowledgeable! My pharmacy for life!
