Friendly staff and above - expected experiences twice now. Once I asked if they had a drink in stock and the employee even checked the back for me. Two was when I've gone with my baby on me in a carrier, the cashier called someone over to help me bring my purchases to my car without me even asking. I was so touched by how considerate he was.
OK selection and in stock. Some staff were quite helpful. Random product is used to fill empty shelves so be very careful when picking an item and check UPC codes to confirm price.
Love our local LCBO, especially the full-time staff who are amazing. One is even known far and wide as the reliable go-to expert for anything LCBO!!
This store has such a great selection and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I walked out very happy and smiling. Super friendly!
Very unfriendly cashier, seemed to have a problem with me helping my mother carry things to the cash. I'd understand if I was a 10 year old but I am in fact 19 and have facial hair. I pulled my ID out as soon as he asked but he still insisted on me carrying the drinks is a problem. He seemed to think we were trying to pull one over on him- I think he was just fishing for a problem that really wasn't there.
Staff are great always friendly and helpful. Krista knows the answer to all my questions
Staff is very helpful but find the wine selection is better at the store in Carleton place.
Went in for some gift cards and while initially they had a bit of mixup, the staff fixed it quickly and politely. I was very please with the customer service I received.
Carleton place has a pretty good LCBO. They have a good selection for smaller town. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. I was recommended a cheaper bottle of red wine for about $8 and it ended up being really good. Toro bravo I think was the name.
