My family comes here every year for our local reunion, and we look forward to it all year long. It's a great rustic getaway, with a general store for all your needs. The people, both workers and guests, are friendly and always welcoming, and they have great picnic, playground, and swimming facilities, as well as plenty of hookups. Great place to escape for a weekend, or host the whole family, I could not ask for more. Nearby activities: Playground, pond / pool, horse-shoe pit, swimming, general store Safety: Workers and friendly guests all around... I felt safe with my children roaming within sight Walkability: Easily, lots of paths and a gravel driveway winding around the place Food & drinks: The general store has a lot of basic options for food, drink, camp, convenience and souveniers
Beautiful place to stay. Good fishing nice swimming pond. Negative side the locals start partying at 10pm. Yelling, shouting, driving their gulf carts around with loud music, drinking until 11:30-12 o'clock. Not impressed tomorrow when we leave will be our last time visiting.Service: 3/5
We were there to help my daughter on a building and coming back by 9pm. Really cut our time due to coming back before we got locked out. Our spot was ok but felt cramped. Didn't know we could park across from our site. Very well kept Campground. ThanksRooms: 3/5

Stayed here for 3 nights, very well run campground. From tHe time we called for reservations to arriving everything went great. First impression is everything, you pull in and it’s neat and clean and nice paved entrance. Checking in was easy and they take you to your spot so there is no guessing, very neat and kept spots and rules are enforced. Easy to hook up on the spots, very nice place and we will stay here again if in the area. July 2022.
Well maintained. Friendly staff. None to terrible cellphone service. I'm guessing the water is from a well, as it smells and tastes sulphurous. Not a big deal. I reccomend all visitors take at least one shower in the Campground shower house, it will cleanse you of your weaknesses. To the staff: please retire those toilet seats, they've earned it.
Site #313, back-in, full hookup We loved this campground. It's small with no frills but very quiet, peaceful, and fun. There are hiking trails, a fishing pond, playground, and a swimming pond. There are weekend activities including a live band on the Saturday that we were there. The swim pond is just for swimming and is very clean. The kids loved it. Our site backed up to the pond, which was very handy. The shower house and bathrooms are centrally located and a short walk from all areas of the campground. The only reason I took a star off was due to the bathrooms. The toilets were clean and smelled nice. The shower house was probably the worst I have seen. They work if one really needs to shower but not for the faint of heart. The staff is so nice and helpful. There is trash pick up daily and recycle bins on all the overnight sites and scattered throughout the grounds. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.
Sun was going down, and found this park on Campendium. What a wonderful surprise. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Only stayed one night but could see there was a lot for families to enjoy. Would stay there again.
