Went in December 6 to the Raleigh office to get 2 teeth pulled, one at the top and one at the bottom. They ended up pulling the wrong one at the top and left the one with the nerve damage. They tried to tell me that the tooth needed to be pulled but that’s not what was discussed with me when i went in for the exam. I’m seeking legal help because I shouldn’t have to pay for a third tooth to be pulled when it was only supposed to be two tooth. I have never experienced anything like this before, it’s just like if I went in to get a kidney removed and they take a liver instead. These people are unbelievable.
This was my first visit with practise. Office was warm and welcoming. Staff were knowledgeable, personable and adept at making the cleaning as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed!
I was an old patient planning to come back for a cleaning very soon and had a dental emergency which they promptly got me in to see Dr. Eisberg. He and his entire staff were very friendly, informative and professional!
They are kind and courteous. Very thorough and explained every thing that I needed done to keep my teeth healthy! I highly recommend.
Dr. Eisberg and his team are great! Had my first fillings, and he kept me at ease. Highly recommend.
Dr LeCann is a very good dentist. I like her and her work perfectly. She is kind and very up on dental updates. My issue is there are to many emails, to many forms every time you go, along with the fact that the insurance persons can't give the insurance companies the needed information for claims to go through. For instance, I had a crown done, my insurance would not pay the additional $125. for a tooth build up for the crown that i wasn't told about during the event. I stated that i was not going to pay the extra $s until they could prove to my insurance why the extra build up of my tooth was necessary. I was told by the insurance employee that if I didn't pay that I would not get my crown that I had paid for in total, up front, prior to even have any work done at all. Then when my crown was put into place it was too tall and had to be sanded down. As much as I like her as a person and a dentist, I will not be going back due to the above reasons.

Dr. Butler was extremely kind, professional and informative regarding all of my dental needs. The entire staff were polite, well-informed and truly helpful answering all of my questions and assuaging my anxiety. I feel confident that I have found my dentistry home.
