Lee Family Practice Associates

I was new in Texas and needed a physician. After searching for a doctor, I found Dr. Lee. I read some negative reviews before going, however, with my background, I have learned not to pre judge anyone. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted like a family member. The front office was professional and friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. My waiting time was about 5 minutes. I was called back by the assistant, who was also the best. She took care of me and answered any questions I had. I waited approximately 10 minutes for Dr. Lee. He is a no nonsense Doctor, yet highly intelligent and right to the point. I was very happy with him. He answered my questions and I knew he would be there for me when I needed him. I was not there to make a new friend, I was there for a permanent Doctor, for the majority of my needs. This practice is 5 star. If you are looking for someone to coddle you and spend fluffy time with you, I would gently suggest a puppy.

I visited Lee Family Practice as a new patient this week. Scheduling an an appointment was very convenient. Finding the building and parking was very easy. I was looking for a doctor that wasn't in a large medical building with garage parking, etc. The front desk receptionist and Medical Assistant were both very polite and professional. Dr. Lee was caring and knowledgeable. I enjoyed chatting with him during my exam. I really liked the fact they had a diagnostic lab onsite to do my blood draw/test. It was nice to not have to go to secondary location for that service.

Dr. Lee has wonderful bedside manner. I was nervous about trying out a new physician because of my bad previous experience with my last physician. However, Lee Family practice eased my anxiety and address all my questions and concerns . Very efficient staff, I was greeted with friendly faces. I highly recommend Lee Family Practice.

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT come here for any reason! Extremely unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and lacking of communication skills or any form of bed side manner. Does not have any care or compassion for patients with any form of diagnosed mental illness, so do not come here if you have any form of anxiety or panic easily. I visited Dr. Lee for ongoing prescription treatment refills that had expired, and left without anything that I came for. Dr. Lee spoke over me in an aggressive tone, made borderline racist remarks towards my past prescriber due to her foreign name, did not let me finish talking about my medical history, belittled me, and reading between the lines called me stupid for ever seeking help from anyone who offered Telemedicine services in the past due to the pandemic and offices being closed. Despite repeatedly reminding the staff that I have a diagnosed anxiety/panic disorder that causes me to have severe panic attacks, I was brushed off and dismissed. On top of this, I was accused of having an eating disorder and called severely underweight when I am, in fact, well within a healthy range. Following this, Dr. Lee called me after my appointment to "discuss my concerns", then proceeded to gaslight me on what had happened there that day, non-apologize "I'm sorry you feel that way" attitude, give false information on panic attacks, and brag about how he waived a fee for me. You can see this behavior in the other 1 star review replies from years ago, along with a bunch of likes on the 1 star reviews agreeing with the reviewers. There's a reason for that. If you want a doctor that is egotistical, lacks compassion and communication skills, has outdated knowledge on mental illness and the world, then Dr. Lee is the one for you. Quite frankly, for the safety of patients, this clinic shouldn't even be in business.

My Experience I have seeing Dr. Lee for 12 years. At first I was not impressed, however he has continually and consistently improved. • He is caring and compassionate and takes time to listen and respond. A few years back his receptionist and office staff were lackadaisical and unfriendly, but now his staff is smiling and kind. I do not think I have ever had to wait over 15 minutes. I always ask when I arrive about how long the wait is and they are on target. When I get to the exam room there may be a slight wait, but I do not mind because when the nurses and Dr. Lee come in they are unrushed and attentive. Another thing I like is that he seems to be well-read on many new medical procedures. If he does not know something he will flat out tell you and he finds out about it. At yesterday's appointment on the spot he got me the information I needed and printed it out for me. This the first time I have reviewed a doctor. I did not mean to go on so long. In conclusion, l recommend Dr.Lee.

Highly Pleased I've been going to Dr. Lee for 5+ years. Dr. Lee has become more caring and personable and knowledgeable with each passing year. I especially like his nurse that has been by his side for these many years. I feel like there's some genuine caring going on. For those that are interested in time efficiency: I do not believe that I have had to wait over 20 minutes but a couple of times. I've never felt rushed through except when there's someone that comes in with a real emergency and then it's highly understandable. ~The only negative thing I can say is that the receptionists really need to be more friendly and welcoming. Both of these young ladies are new, but they need to understand that going to the doctor is a daunting experience for many people and a smiling face goes a long way towards making someone feel at ease. My experience when visiting Dr Lee has been great; waiting time is minimum, personnel are courteous and professional and, in general, my experience is highly positive. I've been Dr Lee patient since 2006, and every time I visit his office I received great attention and service. I highly recommend Dr Lee as well as I appreciate his kindness, respect and professionalism.

I went to see Dr Lee as a new patient with what I thought was a routine infection, and as it turned out it was very serious. Dr Lee and his staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and more importantly, make me feel like I was in good hands. Dr Lee was very thorough during my appointments, asked pointed questions and provided very clear explanations. I truly felt like he was covering all the bases and providing expert care. My father was pediatrician and my mother was a nurse, I also spent 17 years as a pharmaceutical rep...so let's just say I have been in A LOT of doctor office's and I know how to tell great ones from good ones. I am so relieved that I have found a doctor close to me that provides excellent care, runs a great office, and has staff that is caring and professional. I can not recommend this office highly enough.

Dr Lee is incredible. He’s very good at what he does and has gone out of his way to help me. Roseanne and the whole staff are very efficient and very caring. I’m a spinal cord injury patient and I’ve needed all kinds of letters and forms filled out and they get them done in no time at all. I can’t thank them enough. I have found a new home and I’m very grateful to God for leading me to this facility.

I had a great experience at Lee Family Practice. They fit me in the day I called for an appointment, and everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. Especially Dr Lee, he is very straightforward and honest. I appreciate his help, along with everyone else in the office.
