Absolutely the worst group of Pediatricians I have ever dealt with. When Dr. Faith Frankel was there, she was wonderful. She left during the pandemic and no one else in the practice even compares. Dr. Hickey blew bubbles to my 9 year old hello, he's not 2 and way over prescribed medications for a sick visit. We saw Dr. Lee another time and she didn't even notice the HUGE nasal polyps in my son's nostrils. When I confronted her she could only advise steroids but had no clue how to treat the root cause. She also argued with me because I wanted labs drawn on my sons. She finally agreed and when the labs came back there were several labs that were elevated. I got an email from her stating their labs were all "within normal range." I called the office several times and also wrote two emails directly to them to talk about my horrible experience. No one has ever called me back. I am a nurse but even moreso as a mother, I would never ever recommend this practice.
Business operations is huge. So expect delays and lack of follow ups or check ins. Appts will be long for you to wait. Hard to be seen within 24 Hours for such illness. This place is like a busy industry. Sadly, I had to switch docs office to a smaller one because of this.
Do not go to this place. They do not keep your information confidential. They have been sending me emails for years now and I’ve never been a patient. I live in a completely different state. I have reported it several times because I don’t think it’s fair to Adalyn or her mother that every time they visit the doctor I receive their notes. I reported via email, phone, surveys regarding the visit and I have even joined in on one of the Zoom links to let the patient and the provider know. They were both surprised that I was able to join in on the appointment but nothing still has changed. There should be no way that they can’t fix this. How many other patients information is compromised and they don’t even know it. Yes, I know I can just delete the messages but what about other patients whose information could be going to someone that may have bad intentions.
The staff and professionals are so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My child has had a history of negative interactions with doctors and nurses at other offices. Since coming here, he has nothing negative to say. We are quite pleased.
We have been using Liberty Pediatrics for a few years now. This is a true family medicine clinic. The entire staff is very professional, kind and pleasant. My wife and I fully trust the staff and only speak highly of our experience. You will be treated with respect, not talked down to, and best of all they are not alarmist. They listen and give excellent care. If you are wanting a clinic that you can trust with your family's health and will remember you then this is the one for you.
Dr Hickey is the best. You are made to feel comfortable in sharing any medical problems your children face. He makes your children feel at ease for appointments. We have been his patient since 1999. I wish I could see him.
My 4 kids and I all go to Liberty Pediatrics and Family Medicine for our needs and they are simply great. Giovanni's review about their COVID testing process is spot on so I won't repeat it here other than adding that even though there are other cars in the lot, the windows are rolled up and privacy and discretion are exercised. I wanted to stress, however the corporate culture at this practice. My 20 year old was one of Dr. Hickey's original patients when he started his solo practice. What we loved was his attention and caring toward the patients and families. As this practice has grown, that caring and attention is still there. You feel it from the front desk personnel, to the techs, to the PA and to the Doctors. With the omnicrom ripping through our communities and causing total chaos at other practices and paralyzing the local urgent care, it is great that we can rely on our family doctors to take care of my family. They picked up the pace during these crazy times and haven't missed a step. Kudos, thank you and god bless our other family at Liberty Pediatrics & Family Medicine.
We just started with Liberty Pediatrics and Family medicine this past August 2020. There is an exceptional level of professionalism and care from the moment of making an appointment, to seeing the provider. Everyone there is so welcoming and supportive that it feels like we have been going there for years. I am so happy with the level of care and support of these amazing health care providers and staff!!!!
NP Sheri is great. She really takes her time with her patients and their families so they truly feel heard. Nice to not feel pushed out of the office in a certain amount of time. Glad to have a neighborhood doc we can rely upon.
We just switched to this office, so I don't have much experience to speak from. What we have experienced so far though has been a very caring office and two wonderful doctor's. We were with another practice for 5 years and just the two experiences we have had so far with Liberty Pediatrics have been better than most of our encounters at our previous office. The front desk has also been very sweet and very helpful.
