The Library and Learning Center is a branch of the FSU Libraries located on the first floor of the Holley Academic Building, serving the information needs of the Panama City, Florida campus.
As a premier research institution, Florida State University offers a wealth of scholarly resources to support teaching, research, and learning: millions of scholarly books and articles in both print and digital format.
FSUPC patrons may request express delivery of physical books or journal articles housed remotely in the FSU Libraries. Same-day delivery is available Monday-Thursday.
