Lighthouse IDA Compounding Pharmacy

Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for her to get off the phone with her friend speaking her language. Then asked her If I need to sign for my package or not as she just waved me over to the packages to find it myself, and she responded with rude attitude. Completely unprofessional ups should not be represented by this store.

Went there to get a prescription and it was not covered, they offered to called my doctor to change it to something that is covered. On top of that they matched the fee that my other pharmacy gives me as my plan has a cap on the fee. Quick and easy, friendly service. I am moving my family prescriptions to this pharmacy.

They make you find your own UPS package in a pile of disorganized deliveries all over their floor. Zero security.

The old lady named Shila with her terrible attitudes. Terrible customer service, terrible experience overall. I wish UPS never send my package to there again.

Always very fast and helpful. Answer my questions and provide useful information that my doctor forgets to tell me.

Came today Thursday, September 13, 2018. Came at 7:30 pm, already closed. Hours state it opens till 8 pm. Missed an important package.

Always friendly and prompt service, the lady store manager in particular.

Only went to pick up a UPS delivery was pretty easy process in and out
