My family and I love Ren’s… the people who work here are always very kinda and helpful. I also find that they have an amazing perks for customers like free samples, free birthday gifts for your dog which i really appreciated and much more. I also really like that you can shop online and have things delivered for free if you hit the $50 min I believe. For my dog’s birthday we ordered a bunch of stuff online and one of the treats we ordered must not have been in stock which was okay because they ended up sending two bags of treats for double what we paid for!
Kira, Galaxy and I love REN’s! There is always a big selection of treats and Kira loves her Healthy Paws and Raw Performance meals. The staff know Kira and I quite well and Kira would work behind the counter with them if she could. Galaxy is quite happy to join her friend on a REN’s adventure and they are both more than happy to show me the entrance.
The Aurora location is the best one ive ever been too! All the staff was super friendly and helpful but Bianca was incredibly knowledgeable about products, the most helpful employee ive ever seen at any store, if i could give more than 5 stars i would.
The best rens pet I have ever been. I am a loyalty customer to rens pet. Shopping with them a lot. I usually go to the scarb one because of the location. But recently I started to walk my dog at newmarket, and decided to give it a try. First time I were there, buying some raw food, they said they have raw food event and gave me a lot sample. Really appreciated. So I went there again after walking my dog. It was my dog's birthday and I got two coupons. I planned to use one because I know online order can only apply one coupon at a time. But they told me I can have two. When I was checking out, the frozen yogurt coupon doesn't apply on the flavor I chose. I said its fine I can change to another flavor, but they still fixed this for me somehow. Usually the customer service in such a huge franchise is not always perfect,that's also why I prefer to order online if possible, but they do! They carry every thing you can find at rens pet, plus amazing customer service. If they keep on this, this one will be my go to place when I need something from rens.
Love this store because of all the great products BUT the staff not so great ! The young man working here with the longer hair needs to trained on customer service and if your sign says you close at 8 then don’t close your doors before 8
Excellent selection and really helpful employees. Only complaint is their e-commerce. I placed a few orders online and found that roughly 50% of the time items on my order were not in stock when the website said the item was. Nonetheless, my go-to source
Excellent selection. The staff are very helpful. I recommend it here. They also have a points program in place.
Food for all kinds of pets can be found in a wide variety. There are also various pet favorite snacks and toys. The environment is clean and tidy, pets are allowed to enter.
Buying a lot heremostly online pickups Came to return an online order and they didn't accept it without Physical Receipt! In 2023 when the whole world is going paperless, digital email was not enough They need physical print! And I'm not living near by Have to drive 20 minutes!
Really great selection of products - including lots of dog dental products. Prices are quite reasonable. Staff are super friendly. We'll definitely be returning to this store. Great first experience.
