Lili's is a unique Chinese restaurant experience with the famous hand pulled noodles. I enjoyed dumplings and scallion pancakes as well as several other dishes overall, not as spicy as I expected. The service was very friendly, the seating is very Spartan and extremely limited for dine in. For the past 4 years this has been my daughter's most favorite restaurant in Amherst.

A very simple but absolutely authentic food from northwest China. The stewed beef noodle soup is so delicious and the meat is extremely tender. The scallion sprout and pork is a little spicy but very flavorful. Definitely need to come back often.

Travellers, this is a fantastic Chinese restaurant that you should visit. All the noodles and dumplings are handmade right there and they are the star of the menu. The dumplings are also scrumptious and are handmade. The dumplings and the noodles are made and cooked perfectly, even after the 30 minutes takeout ride home. The biang biang noodles are wonderful. The Sao Zi noodle soup is spicy and flavorful and is a favorite on the menu. Again, the noodles are wonderful and taste like my grandma from Italy made on holidays. The scallion pancakes are a wonderful starter to the meal. This restaurant is a taste of Xi' An in Amherst. Check it out. We recommend. TL;DR, Fantastic take out.

I was looking for a new Chinese place in the area and invited my family. We loved every single dish, which we ordered 6 different ones. The service was amazing and the food was beyond incredible and very full of natural flavor. We will definitely be back! Absolutely the best Chinese food I have had ever. Pork burger, soups, noodles, even the scallion pancake were above my expectations! 100 stars if I could.

My friend and I shared the homemade pork dumplings with pork and Chinese leek and both got the hot and sour vermicelli soup with cilantro and scallions added. Hot, fresh, and delicious.

The hot and sour soup with vermicelli is delicious but, omg, the texture of their hand pulled noodles is out of this world. The biang biang noodles are to die for. Also, super nice service and the food came out fast and hot.

Every dish I’ve had is absolutely fantastic. This is the best probably, I’ve not been to china authentic Chinese food I’ve ever had outside of Chinatown. I’d give it six stars if I could. If you like spicy and cilantro, get the dumpling noodle soup. The scallion pancakes are a great appetizer to share.

Really delicious! Having traveled to Xi'An several times, these are very authentic flavors! Beef noodle soup hit the spot on a cool autumn day. Dumplings are just like in China. Brings back great memories. Parking: Free parking in the of the restaurant.

Loved this place! Delicious hand pulled noodles. Authentic, no frills cooking. I highly recommend the cold noodles. Could not get enough. The hot and sour soup pork and chive dumplings were delicious, as were the biang biang noodles recommend “extra spicy”. An unexpected gem in this town.

Lili’s is hands down some of the best food in the area. And when you consider all the work that goes into a from scratch menu that includes hand made dumplings and noodles, it’s also some of the most inexpensive. The hot & sour dumpling soup is a personal favorite.
