Lilli Pilli Health Bar

After visiting Lilli Pilli about 20 times or so I'm ready to review it. The food is great, it's fresh, healthy and a great change from the usual places in White Plains. I'm a big fan of the cold prepared salads out of the fridge, ingredients vary but they are all tasty. I like the whole design of the space it's very relaxed and the wood chairs are surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast wraps, lunch wraps, stir fry bowl and sweet potato meals have all been great. The coffee is just dynamite, and the tea is good as well. There is a good variety of prepared juices in the fridge ready for a grab-and-go and the smoothies are tasty. I like the banana split with a scoop of protein after my workout. The key lime pie was fantastic as well. There is only one complaint after all my visits and that is the service. Sometimes the service is great and sometimes not so much. New employees make it feel as if the place just opened, while other employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and products. They currently have a very successful Groupon campaign going on so I'm hoping the increased traffic in the cafe will help the staff to assimilate themselves to the menu items offered. Ironically the store is located next to 5 Guys Burger and Fries, the parking garage at City Center is cheap enough, street parking can be tough as they are doing construction next door and most of the metered spots are blocked off. It is worth a visit if you have any interest in eating healthy, tasty food and a change from the norm. Note: I'm yet to try the frozen yogurt, to me that is a treat for after dinner and I'm usually at Lilli Pilli during the morning or for lunch.

This place is way overpriced for what they sell. Their juices are good but expensive, their frozen yogurt is not all that exciting. Wraps are OK. Stuffed potatoes are ok. Do not go in this place and order the Kale salad. You would be better off giving your 10 bucks to a homeless person! I came in here craving something satisfying and healthy, instead I got a salad container full of kale and nothing else. When I asked the cashier where the rest of the salad was they mentioned cheese, red cabbage, seeds of sort and dressing on the board she took my salad and the guy in the back threw about a teaspoon of crumbs of some sort on it. I work as a sous chef and can whip up a mean and satisfying kale salad in no time. The salad was dry, tasteless, the dressing was thick and tasted like paste. All I can say is that Lilli Pilli better watch out when Chipotle opens, and if you need me to teach you how to make a tasty Kale salad, I'd be more than happy to oblige!

It's great to have a place like this in White Plains. The juices are always fresh and excellent. Also, their frozen yogurt is by far the best in town which means something because there's a lot of competition. The soups and hot food is very good too.

Stopped in while shopping one day, was thinking of doing my first juice cleanse. Staff and mgmnt were very knowledgeble and eager to help and educate. Got home and started my cleanse, juices were very fresh and tasty. Next time in I tried a soup and sandwich, which were also excellent tasting. Will definitely make a stop in whenever I'm in the area
