Worse employers. They have no respect for their own employees time. I worked for them for 4 years, have been double booked on cases, paid the wrong rate, and scheduled for shifts then canceled the day before. Even with the covid pandemic now taking place they do not comply with regulations to report temperatures of employees before their shift. Bottom line they do not value their employees or patients.
Complete waste of time. I was given the run around for one month with them reassuring me every step of the way that "there was no reason I wouldn't be wanted" by the potential employer. Every time I inquired about meeting the employer for an interview, they told me I had further steps to complete such as their orientation, two hour online module, 4 competency tests, coming in several times to sign paperwork etc. They then kept changing the date I would be meeting with the employer. Then I was told there was only one person who could set up the interview and he was out of town on an emergency. Why is it that only one person can set up the interview? Then it turned into he has been in contact with them and as of right now, the employer has not given them any confirmation as to when the interview will be. AKA there was never a job in the first place and I wasted my time running behind this for one month. They don't care that people are trying to find jobs to support themselves and don't want to waste time. It is a giant game to them.
