We are very proud to announce that Kim Klopstock passed the test for GREAT Kitchens: Gluten-Free Training with a score of 100% and has completed the necessary courses to be certified by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, and the Celiac Learning Center. Course approved for owners, managers, chefs and staff.
We love a good adventure and will happily travel to your destination location. We have catered weddings and other events throughout New York state including: Long Island, NYC, the Hudson River Valley, Lake Placid, Lake George, Saratoga Springs, and various locations in the Adirondacks.
Some of our out of state event destinations have been in Massachusetts, including Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, Florida, including Naples, Palm Beach and Fisher Island, California including San Francisco, New Jersey, including the Jersey Shore and Saddle River, Maine, and Washington DC to name but a few.
