Convenient location but beware - over half of the spots are reserved for specific stores. And if you go one a weekend and cannot get a spot - they will still charge you 12 dollars just for driving around the lot. They refuse to let you out without paying even if you didn’t use a spot claiming it’s policy. the machines clearly read the time stamps so, why I have to pay 12 dollars for driving around for 3 minutes looking for a place to park my car to go to Apple is beyond me.
Spent two hours at Apple Store, got ticket validated by Apple and then upon exit charged full rate of $16. Unattended exit and pay station on 1st floor removed. no recourse. Thus overcharged at least $10. Next time will Uber/Lyft
This is not a safe deck. Security goes home at night so your car is unattended. Our was broken into, window shattered. So were several other cars. Not a safe overnight choice
I drove into the parking garage at 5:05 pm on Saturday. The Lot Full sign was NOT illuminated. I drove through the parking structure and there was not one one open parking place for cars without some special reserved status. I exited and was not charged a fee when I inserted the automated parking ticket.

The elevator button was broke on 1st floor, inside the elevator the button for 2nd floor was stuck, the stairway was dirty and the 3rd floor outside the elevator smelled horrible!!
