I bought a leaf buddi pen there last Friday and since I’m not living in Chicago anymore, I just started using it earlier this week after I flew back from thanksgiving. The pen doesn’t work at all. I keep trying to charge it and I know I’m using it right since I checked the directions. I tried even charging it for 2 days and it still won’t work. I called today to ask for a refund since I spent $20 for a broken product. The employee was extremely rude and would not listen to me and then said I couldn’t get a refund since it was a week later and that I should’ve called earlier. Even though I got it Friday night and it was a holiday weekend. Most places have a policy for returns,refunds for 2-3 weeks or even a month. Also, the fact that I was sold something that doesn’t even work is insane and has never happened to me before. The employee also kept telling me to come in store yet I live all the way in California and even if I could, it’s a huge waste of time for me. Finally, after much persistence he told me the manager would be in later to maybe help. This is all just really upsetting. I was told when I bought it that it would be good quality and it won’t even work. Also, another thing that really confused me from talking to the other rude employee is that he said “they always check them before they sell” yet I never saw the guy do that before I bought it. When I told him that he went back on what he said and just kept saying “no refund”. I have a lot of friends that live in that area and I assure you, they will never come inside. This is no way to treat customers that spend their good hard earned money. I didn’t even try the pen until 4 days ago and it was brand new. Also, the employee kept trying to make it seem like I broke it and was just trying to con him or something. Like, within a week is plenty of time also considering the fact that I CANT TRAVEL WITH WEED CARTRIDGES so I could never even test it back in Chicago if I wanted. Also, I shouldn’t have to. Huge waste of my money and time. Literally the WORST smoke shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to hundreds.
Fantastic shop with great quality products. The staff and owners there are great and the service is the best in class. I highly recommend anyone to go here for your smokes/vapes.

He sold me a malfunctioning electronic cigarette. I came back to the store just a few minutes after purchasing it but he did not accept return and did not refund. He probably doesn’t know how to run business!
This is an amazing place with inexpensive GRAV and other glass products and also have a lot of other tobacco stuff,JUUL pods,BO pods,vaporizers,hookah and a very good collection of Cigars.
This place is great, I’m always greeted warmly & treated well!
Great place to find all your vape stuff, and have a friendly staff.
