love love loved. the lasagna was so good. the service was great. my server never let my drink go empty. the pizza was delicious. the subs were great. this was our first time and we will be back. PIZZA FRIES ARE Food: 5/5

This restaurant is a bit dated, there's a good amount of seating and lots of booths. Our waiters were very nice and we had no complaints about the service. It was definitely the food. The garlic knots were very doughy and thick. We were super hungry so we just dealt with that as appetizers. Not the best but not the worst. Edible at best. The Caesar salad I had with my fettuccini was ok - the dressing was very tangy and tasted a lot like lemon. I'm not a big lemon fan, so I didn't care for it. My fettuccini was ok. Edible as well. Nothing to write home about, and I ate a little bit and decided to box it because I lost my appetite after taking a small bite of my husband's pizza. The pizza in the picture is called their Stuffed Steak Pizza. Ingredients listed says "philly meat, sauce, cheese" and I believe one other ingredient - I forgot what it was. I have NEVER eaten a pizza like this before. The meat was overcooked, the sauce was bland and kinda tasted old. I'm assuming the cheese and sauce was watery because it tasted bland and watered down. The crust was soggy and tasted like somehow Idk how it was microwaved. It was disgusting. I'm usually very open to trying new places. I love all different types of cuisine, as I was raised in Hawaii. We are a cultural melting pot and the food is as well. I have never written a review like this before. My husband is a very kind man, and although we told our waiter we would not be taking the pizza home - we still paid for it. My husband finished that one slice and he really didn't feel well afterwards, hence why we left it. I didn't want him eating it later. We are by no means in the market for bashing restaurants. But I choose to be completely honest about my reviews. We'll not be returning, but we wish this place the best. I highly recommend reading through other reviews before you decide to eat here, I would like people to be well informed before going here. Parking: Ample parking and free Wheelchair accessibility: Wide enough doors and entry into restaurant is roomy enough to get to tables. Most likely able to pull wheelchairs up to the tables and sit on the side of them.

Place had fruit flys flying around, food was not good at all. Ask for now Mayo and then get hot sub and had mayo, and also asked for it to not be toasted. The waitress was very rude. And then my mom wasn't going to tip dew to bad service and food, and when she went to pay the bill it added a tip anyways. Not cool at all . Place sucks

I’ve lived in Gloucester for two years and this restaurant has the best pizza and by far the best staff here. The hostesses, cooks, waitresses all friendly, warm and amazing. They always want to make sure you are happy with your food & experience. Special shout outs to Pababel, & Nicole- they provide amazing customer service!! Go see them!!

Everything was overcooked and the pizza toppings were scarce. They offered a 20% discount on our next visit. Honestly they didn't seem very concerned about it. Do yourself a favor and go to Domino's, at least it's consistent and far cheaper.

The customer service here is outstanding. I ordered the wrong pizza, and they insisted on remaking the pizza I wanted. Additionally, in 2020 when everyone was making pizza at home and the grocery store was sold out of frozen dough AND yeast, they sold me some uncooked dough so that my family could have a pizza night. Grateful that this little shop is part of my community and will continue to order from them.

**** UPDATE ***** That's all it takes is a manager being rude. We asked for more garlic knots and was told we were going to be charged for the extra couple of garlic knots as a side. This has never been an issue or charge before so I asked why. The waitress called on the manager to come over to our table to explain. After a long wait the manager finally came over acting as if we were bothering her. During her explanation she said the only reason I was upset is because I wasn't getting my way!? What is wrong with you, I wasn't upset, I just wanted to know why. Obviously they do not need our business so we will be taking it elsewhere. O.M.G. Stop what you are doing this place makes me want to never cook another Italian dish. Stromboli blows any other feeble attempt to make this dish. Kudos!

Delicious food, fast and friendly service. Italian pasta dishes are served with garlic knots with fresh garlic and parsley, and a side salad. Delicious pizza and subs. Highly recommended. Arielle was a great server! #gogetyousome

Really love this place for the food but the service needs a lot of improvement. We came for dinner before the dinner rush, 4pm one other table was seated and eating so we thought it was the perfect time. It was hard to tell who was working because there is no uniforms, no serving aprons, and everyone was in spandex leggings. The server trinity came to get our order party of 4 and didn’t write anything down. We didn’t get our appetizer the calamari is our favorite and we come just for that often didn’t get the correct sides, didn’t get oil and vinegar on the side, and had to ask for refills at the desk up front because she didn’t even come to check on us. We also had to pay in cash because we had to leave and she hadn’t come by to get our payment. Really wish we could come enjoy this place like we used to but we will be sticking to take out only.
