Order 4 burritos, was given 3. Only three was charged. Re-order the one burrito, bean and bacon. Order was once again wrong. No bean only bacon. Receipt says # 5 bacon & bean burrito green sauce. These mistakes are ongoing when we place an order. Employee taking the order and filling the order are not paying attention.Food: 4/5
I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes after ordering. All I got was a burger and fries. Several people who got there behind me got their food before me for some reason. When I tried to ask about it the kid shrug and walked away. He was really young and may need to learn better social skills for helping customers. When I finally got my food the fries were cold and soggy. If you're going to make me wait at least give me fresh fries! I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the burger was at least OK. This place needs to work on their stuff.
Came to leave a review after a very poor experience; saw my experience is a standard practice based on other’s reviews. I Pulled into the drive up on a Sunday morning, around 10:30 - I ordered 4 burritos, once at the window the staff member let me know it would be about 30-45 minutes - I waited. My order included crispy bacon, the actual bacon was about as crispy as soggy spaghetti - gross! Blake’s has a reputation as an NM Favorite - do yourselves a favor - SKIP this location!!
Since their food is made to order, it’s always fresh and most full of flavor. Every time I go I get help right away and my order made right. The best looking Blake’s by far I actually like being there.Food: 5/5
Don't let the new building fool you, this place is the worst. The person taking our order was clearly done. I can understand that, this job is probably awful. The chicken was burnt. Fries were good at least. The inside has seating for couples, raised bar seating, and 8 chair tables. There are no high chairs or boosters so if you have small kids good luck. Save yourself the wasted $25 and eat somewhere else. The whataburger nearby is much better.
I know they take a little bit long, but their food and customer service is worth the wait. There is a manager called Alyssa that has great customer service and she goes the extra mile to make sure everything is great.Food: 5/5
Waited inside for 8 minutes only to be told there'd be a 25-30 minute wait time for ONE breakfast burrito. Sunday @ 9AM. Before I walked out no purchase, I mentioned to the cashier this is a chronic problem here and that Blake's needs to fix it. Probably not going to happen since so many people tolerate the wait here.Service: 1/5
When originally looking up blakes I was concerned about the overall low rating. But after arriving I found the service, food and people to be fantastic! Would highly recommend the new Mexican style burger with the double pattie and green chillies. Will be coming back. 5/5 Kid-friendliness: Saw a few kids eating and running wild.
