I just wanted to share a honest review. I have been a patient of Sarah’s since 2017 and no one’s ever helped my anxiety as much as her. She came from another medical facility and I made the smart decision to follow her to Lott behavioral health. She generally cares about your mental health and out of all the doctors I’ve seen with me mental health she is the only one that has helped me mange my symptoms and get better. There are obviously bumpy times but Sarah is one of the greatest mental health professionals I have ever seen. And I recommend her to everyone I can that’s struggles with either anxiety or depression.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lott and Brian for almost a year and my mom just became a patient as well. This practice is full of compassion and patience. When I first started here, I was filled with fear of everyone and everything. Now I can say I finally found safety in my own skin. They truly care about your mental health and I am grateful to have found them.
I've been a longtime patient of Dr. Lott's practice. I can honestly say that my experiences with them over the past 4 years have been wonderful! Judith Sheldon PMHNP was a caring and very qualified practitioner and Suzette Papadakis LCPC, NCC, CGT is the best counselor I've ever worked with! I'd suggest Lott Behavioral Health to anyone in need of their services!
Horrible customer service. They wants hours of paperwork before they will even tell you if they have an appointment available. I need help not more problems. Luckily there are decent places that won't play mind games. Everyone else I called just gave me what openings they had and I made an appointment.
I can not express how amazing Lott Behavioral Health is. The entire staff is very courteous, helpful, caring, not to mention, EXTREMELY professional. Kirsten Book, MSN, APN, FNP-BC, literally saved my life. I needed to see her. Everyone in the office went out of their way to get me in for help ASAP. Dr. Lott was also exceptionally helpful. Kirsten Book found a way to see me the following day. She spent a lot of time working with me Not to mention she was very thorough. I will never go anywhere else for help. I FINALLY got the REAL care and help I needed. Anyone considering becoming a patient at Lott Behavioral Health, you CAN NOT go wrong. This is the BEST help/care I have ever received!! Kirsten Book has a patient FOREVER!! I literally can’t praise this practice enough!!!
Dr. Lott was described to me, by a referring physician, as "a genius" and as "intuitive" with his patients. I can say with certainty, after six months of Spravato / Esketamine Ketamine treatment that he is living up to that description. The whole practice is very professional. Judy and Sarah are straight-talkers, and are good at making you feel comfortable during treatment sessions. The level of care is appreciated, and the office follows up when they say they will. They call you back when they say they will. They really care about you here.
The professionals I’ve worked with here are top notch as they’ve helped me from a clinical/medical point-of-view working through my various psychological ADHD, depression, anxiety and drug and alcohol substance use disorders. If you are low on medication or in need of it being adjusted, they are swift and responsive to help out in those situations especially as well. Therefore, I would highly recommend Dr. Lott and PMHNP Judith Shelton to anyone in need of similar services as what I’ve received there. 5 stars out of 5.
Judy is amazing! I would not be where I am without her help. Very understanding. The entire staff is fantastic
The staff is not only knowledgeable, but friendly! I feel welcomed here.
