Rosa is a ten generation Mayan Healer. Rosa is the founder of The International School of Mayan Healing. She is also the owner of Rosa's Healing Center in Lisle, Illinois. Rosa has a Bachelors Degree from DePaul University in Middle Eastern Studies. She also has a Doctorate of Metaphysics Degree and obtained her certification in reflexology from The School of Holistic Massage and Reflexology. She has been a Pulse Electromagnetic Therapist with personal research in Down Syndrome, Autism, Dementia, SIBO, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Arthritis, Anxiety, Adrenal Fatigue and Pain Management. Rosa is a Reiki Master Teacher and a Crystal Reiki Practitioner. Her mission is to provide affordable holistic healing through the technology of today and the generational wisdom of past ancestors.

Reflexology is a 5,000 year old alternative medicine healing modality involving application of pressure to the feet with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques’ on reflex points which are connected to meridians of organs and body parts. It’s a great way to promote circulation, relaxation, and eliminate toxins. Reflexology is a therapy which can be received by anyone at any age, from newborn babies to those receiving end of life care, and everyone in between. Several studies funded by the National Cancer Institute and the National Institutes of Health indicate that reflexology may reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, and enhance relaxation and sleep. Studies also show that reflexology may have benefits in palliative care of people with cancer.
