Super friendly service, real food served here and it’s excellent. Got our food in minutes. It was a little smoky, not well ventilated but I still enjoyed it.

My family got southern style biscuits and gravy which was have eggs, bacon and sausage with it. They were absolutely delicious and good price. Service was excellent.

Great breakfast, super cheerful staff, and an always-full cup of coffee. It is cash only, but if that's not an issue, check out NT's gem downtown.

Hands down one of the best breakfast places in the area! I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and when I asked for fruit not on the menu they offered blueberries they top pancakes with and my goodness delicious! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the cook work hard with skill and efficiency and Diane was an amazing server making sure we were served fresh hot food. We will be back when we visit town again!

My family and I are regulars at Lou’s and we visit a few times a week. We love Jen and Geri as our waitresses. I normally get the make your own breakfast. Sometimes I step out of my comfort zone and get other items but breakfast is what I get most. The staff is friendly, the food is good and the prices are reasonable. I’ve had some unpleasant experiences in the years we’ve been customers but it hasn’t stopped us from being loyal customers.

Such a classic place in a historic downtown and they are being closed down and their landlords are converting the restaurant into dressing rooms for an adjacent theater. Great people. Great food. It will be only a pleasant memory in the next week.

A decent restaurant. Not quite sure it deserves a four star rating. It just is a decent yet chaotic working class restaurant. The over medium eggs were over barely easy. The biscuits and gravy was acceptable but I don't think I will order it again. The server was rattled and barely friendly though not nasty either. I am hoping the mediocre service and food will be a one time thing. I might visit again. If so I will review this place again.

Next to the Riviera Theater in North Tonawanda, NY, this cozy little restaurant was a wonderful surprise! The ambience is welcoming, the food is good, the prices are very reasonable, but the best part was the staff. We walked in and we felt like we walked into our mom's house. They addressed us like family and served is with enthusiasm and love If you're in the area please check out Lou's for a dining experience you'll come back for over and over again

This landmark in North Tonawanda has been around forever and due to expansion in the area, the restaurant has been forced to close. It's a real shame given the fact that the owner and all the employees were very dedicated and always turned out an amazing product. Just driving past the storefront, you know there was good food because there was always a crowd in there and everyone working there will be missed.
