I just had such a nice experience here! One of the sweetest women working there I wish I asked her name she had short brown hair and really nice makeup helped me choose different styles of lingerie, she made me feel very comfortable she even picked some out for me that I loved! Really great service much appreciated.
I had the best experience at LL of Skokie! The women working here are so sweet and helpful and provided excellent customer service. With COVID there's no opportunity to try things on, but with the help of these sweet ladies they guessed my perfect size and when I got home all three outfits fit exactly as expected. I'll definitely be back to this store :-
By far the best adult store I’ve ever shopped at. I live on the south side of Chicago and had to get something else up in Skokie and went into the Skokie location to get some extra stuff for a bachelorette party I have this weekend. The store was super clean and organized and on top of it The employees were Amazing!!! By far the best customer service I’ve had in a while; Kasha, Dennie and Jaime were super helpful with any questions I had and very knowledgeable. They helped me find some great stuff for not only the bachelorette party and bride to be but also for myself. Will most definitely drive the distance back up here to shop at this location again and couldn’t be happier with my service. Awesome service and great overall experience.
My first time shopping for lingerie today and as soon as I entered the store I was greeted politely by the store rep, she also told me that I could try on the lingerie's that I was looking at and she started a fitting room for me, I was shocked and happy at the same time because I wasn't sure my size or how they would look on me, when I entered the fitting room I realized that they have disposable underwear that you should put on first before trying on their lingerie, I taught that was a brilliant idea. I inquired about massage oil and she was helpful with that aswell. I left the store purchasing lingerie and a massage candle and I was happy with my purchase. She told me see you soon, as I was leaving I said I will definitely be back. I went home got on there website and saw this edible oil, I called the store to make sure they had it before I make that 20min drive the store rep was also helpful on the phone, I didn't even asked what the oil was used for but she started to explain to me what it was used for and the do's and don'ts, I told her to hold it for me and I jumped in my car and when I walked in the store both ladies looked at me and laughed they said I knew you would be back. I love this store and I will be shopping there again. I can't wait to surprise my husband this weekend. I will make sure I get the 2 ladies name that helped me out today at this location. Completely unprofessional. There's numerous things I can say about this place. I and my friend who used to work there even complained to corporate and guess how they handled it? THEY DIDN'T. What a big surprise. First off, they DO NOT advocate sexual health, sexual education, nor hygiene standards. All they care about is getting the highest sales. I went in there once JUST to buy toy cleaner. They scoffed at me and asked me if I wanted something more and I said 'no'. Because my friend worked there at one time the manager Dennie - also known as Dennie the Devil said to ring up the toy cleaner under my friend's name. SHE WASN'T EVEN WORKING THAT DAY. It ruined my friend's numbers they work for commission and get docked for selling things that are only a few dollars...Yeah. Stupid. Any time customers have questions about sexual health, sexual education, or anything hygiene-related, they do not give clear answers and instead push to sell high-end things that they weren't even asking about. Then, when the customer leaves, the staff mocks them I have been in this store more than a handful of times. Secondly, none of the worker's nor the manager Dennie the Devil are welcoming at all if for a second they think you're in to just look around or even just by something that's small and not over $50. I have witnessed firsthand them kicking people out just because they were only looking around and not buying anything. They have even turned people away for just wanting to buy some condoms. Talk about "we're all about sexual health." Third, there are better companies and online stores that actually care about their customers and do not judge based on what they buy. For example, LION'S DEN. How have people not heard of them!?!?!? They're wonderful no, I do not work for them in any way shape or form or paid by them to say this They're just so much better than Lover's Lane. Quality is amazing and for the price too.
Cindy rung me up incorrectly and over charged me. I told her my total sounded incorrect because I have bought the same thing multiple times their kixies thigh highs don't last years like they tell you but she ignored me and told me to insert my card. When I went back in to get a refund she said she could not do that and to come back next week when her manager was back from vacation. She said the manager would tell me the same thing, no refunds, even if they charge you incorrectly! She then came out after a minute and knocked on my car window and handed me less than the change she owed me and said "I took this out of my wallet".
First time and I was nervous staff was great made me feel comfortable was definitely knowledged in their products they know their stuff and I will definitely go back I was in heaven
